The dress ordered was cheap and tacky and had no resembalance to the dress dhown on clithes site

Had to return one item, their policy is that it has to be returned to them in China, this is not clear enough on their site, the return cost nearly as much as the top, if I had paid for tracking it would have been more. No refund received. A second item I ordered at the same time never arrived, they said it was out of stock, I eventually cancelled and eventually received the refund. As soon as I cancelled they sent several emails offering the item at twice the price! Avoid at all costs dealing with this company

Dress received was not only nothing like the dress I ordered, but also substandard workmanship. Sewing was poor, neckline didn’t meet. Pattern of material was wrong. Shape different and label said material was cotton..it so wasn’t.
Cost of receiving and returning cost £14…no refund for this.

Bought clothes sized Medium - they were more like XXL - I asked to swap them for a smaller size but for some reasongLottemena appeared unable to provide an address and did not know how much the shipping cost were in their own words 'sorry we have no idea - please ask the local post office about the return of shipping costs !!!
Was offered a 10% refund for my purchases !!!
Then increased it to 25% but don't hold much hope

Their clothes are rubbish. They steal professional photos pretending its their clothing but its not. They are stealing peoples money. Do not buy.

Please do not use this company!! Falsely advertised as Lotimena Ireland when it is actually ChicV China. I ordered 2 blouses size large and extra large, both arrived 4 weeks later size small, poor quality material and buttons. The cost of both £37.00 So sorry I didn't read reviews before I ordered! The cost to return is astronomical so not worth while, will pass on to local Hospice Shop! Please take my advice and dont be fooled like me.

Do not use this company. I ordered 5 items of clothing and none looked like the website pictures. The colours were a different shade but most of all the shape of the clothing and the fabric were like what you’d get from the market when I was a kid. A sort of shiny polyester. I suspect it is illegal to use the photos they have online as they DO NOT represent the products.
When I tried to send them back they said I would pay for the return to China which was expensive and would not be credited for weeks. They offered me £10 to keep them all instead. I am never buying clothes from a non-branded website again after this experience.

The photos on the Lotimena website are exactly the same as the ones on Joymitty and the customer experiences (as per the reviews) are exactly the same. The photos have obviously been ‘borrowed’ from another company.

This is a company who operate from China while sending you items from a cover address in the uk. As soon as you want to return anything you are told to return items in China at your own expense.note as soon as complain you are sent to different emails , i then recieved an email a few weeks later saying time to return goods has expired.
Do not order from these people , the quality is a hundred percent lower than primart. At least at primart you recieve something cheap and cheerful which fits its purpose and is fairly priced, and you can enjoy waering for a decent time .
This instead is the most disgusting low quality and imflammable materials, sizing and quality really wrong for shoes. Also some items do not turn up and you are ignored.
Do not prder under any circumstances, I spent over 300 pound, its a rip off. Which magazine cannot help as it is a chinese company. I still am talking to bank and have to contact ombusman , look at company house.
They took their uk address off website due to people exposing them , they are now using the company name chicv uk. Do not be fooled by them , it is a dodgy company be forearmed by this warning , just dont give yourself grief by the misfortune of dealing with them.

So the dress I bought off this website looked amazing on the site. As soon as I got it. It was made out of cheap polyester and I paid way too much for it. There is no way to return anything. This is awful.

Purchased a dress size completely different from one on website they agreed to refund 45%. Have not honoured that

My order never arrived but they took the money. Every time I email they say it’s on its way. It’s 5 months now 😡

Think you’ll find ladies that this is most probably Floryday (looks like they might be operating under other company names due to continual bad reviews so they keep reinventing themselves!).

The quality of garnments is dreadful, including the quality if sewing, labels and material. I have purchased a shirt and a dress, both were advertised as made of cotton blend material. In reality both the shirt and the dress are made of cheap polyester, it have synthetic feel and there is no presence of cotton in the material; holes for buttons in the shirt are not even cut through. The items on the picture on their website are misleading and look like they are made of cotton.
I have started a return process and have now received two emails threatening me of high shipping costs to China. If I knew that they are based in China when purchasing I would never buy from this online shop. One of the point of online shopping is that it should be easy to return the items.

Dresses and tops are very nice, XXL size ok for
38+ busy if taken in at underarm and shortened by about 2". For a give feet four inches high lady.

But. Oh dear, dreadful time getting them to send shipping label for returns, and return to China which
Costs around twenty pound sterling so overall cost of items increased.

What a load of rubbish. Don’t buy. Would not even put in a charity bag. Only worth putting in the bin. Make it very hard to send back and not prepared to pay for return. Lesson learnt!

Lessons learnt. Don’t buy anything that that comes from China. Clothes, anything at all.

How is this company still allowed to traded!!
I wish i would have read these comments before ordering, what a load of rubbish £108.00 for clothes i cannot wear wear and quite frankly wouldn't use as dish cloths. The company make it so difficult to return, buyer pays shipping, any customs charges and needs to be be in a set time, this is their instructions to return. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and have opened a case. Don't waste your money people!

If you do not have access to a printer, you may simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.

I bought a pair of white linen trousers from this company from a photo on their website. The price was reasonable and the trousers look amazing...However, when the eventually arrived the clour was more yellow than white and so see through there was no way they could be worn. The quality was also awful. I was determined to return, even though it was not an easy process. I paid £4.90 for international postage and 2 months later still waiting for my refund, luckily I scanned a copy of proof of postage. As I paid through Paypal, I have now registered a claim against this company and also, Paypal have refunded my postage already, so watch this space!
