Terrible communication
I asked for a return on 2 items. It’s been 2 weeks and is still pending. I tried emailing but with no response. The products themselves were good had it not been not been for size differences.

Nice clothing items but do not trust the size guide.
The products were easy to order & as described with decent quality. However the fit is not as good as it should be & the size guide is completely wrong. It should have been big for my girls & is a little too small. Go off the age of child & do not look at the size guide for children.
