I appreciated the 'phone call from Klara and we were able to have a very useful chat about my husband's needs. She understood that my job as his carer was becoming more demanding as I'm nearing the age of 90 in March and that I needed some respite in order to continue . The information she sent covered all the points discussed and was very thorough and I am following it up.

I was able to get through on the phone first time and to a human being. She provide a swift response to my query and commited to keeping the conversation confidential and not to share my details with anyone. The subsequent email contained the right amount of information needed for ongoing discussion about my relatives care.

I needed to find a care home for my aunt to have respite for two weeks. I was recommended to use Lottie. I found it easy to use and it came up with many suitable homes in the required area. I would use Lottie again if necessary.

Thanks to Lottie I was able to find the right home for my relative. The clear overview and listing helped enormously.

Really quick turn around once we put in details on the Lotties site.
We were a bit cautious to give our personal details, at first, as we didn’t want to be bombarded with lots of calls. This was definitely not the case.
A detailed profile and contact information were sent via Lotties, which helped select companies we wanted to reach out to. CQC ratings on each company were part of the profile.
Several companies contacted us directly however they were not pushy.
Contact via telephone or email was easy.
We spoke to several companies and shortlisted a few to meet.
Within two days we had face to face meeting arranged.
We successfully matched with a company and hope to have the care plan in place by early next week.

Local companies details given from Lottie really fast, so I contacted two companies and have made an appointment for a care assessment with Altogether Care.

We found a lovely care home from the lottie website and have have moved our mum in. Our impression is that the homes listed on the lottie website are of a higher standard than they are from other sites

I used their website to put in my requirements - locations and costs etc. This then gave me several suggested care homes near me - and confirmed availability and even approximate costs.
