Lotties Period Underwear is an initiative to make the Dutch menstrual market more comfortable and sustainable. Menstrual underwear is reusable and replaces disposable products such as tampons and pads. It is worn during menstruation and absorbs fluids effortlessly. Lotties menstrual underwear consists of multiple textile layers, including an absorbent cotton layer for moisture absorption and a waterproof layer for optimal protection. We use the fabric Lenzing Modal, a special ecological fabric produced in Austria.How durable is menstrual underwear?
On average, we throw away about 10,000 tampons and pads in our menstrual lives. By using washable menstrual underwear, disposable products are a thing of the past. Lotties Period stands for sustainability.🌱 Our menstrual underwear is made of Lenzing Modal: a very sustainable fabric made from wood pulp from Austria.

Menstrual underwear from Lotties Period you can wear much longer than one tampon or one sanitary pad. This is because the absorbent fabric in the crotch can capture many more milliliters of moisture than single-use menstrual products. With an average flow, you can wear Lotties for 8+ hours.For example: you put on a new pair of Lotties panties in the morning and when you get home after a school or work day, you change it with a new one. For very heavy menstruation, you can combine menstrual underwear with a tampon.Note: Do not wear sanitary napkins or panty liners in your Lotties.

Love the period underwear, swimming underwear not so much.
I love the period underwear, but the swimming underwear not so much. The swimming underwear gets heavy because of the water that the pad in the underwear sucks up. But again i do love de period underwear!!
