I am very upset about this service
I am very upset about this service. My 12 years old child without my permission used my card to pay $3 to get iPhone. When I received welcome email from lotto24 the next day I canceled my account right away and wrote a letter to explain what happened and asked to return $47 which Lotto24 charged from my card. I wrote many emails to costumer service with explanations what happened but they didn’t accept any explanations, even that nobody had access to Lotto 24 and the service was canceled the next day. Today I asked again to return my money. I wish the Lotto24 will be fair. I let you know.
