So not lotteryoffice
So not lotteryoffice. Separate website paid me what I won - and average 30%cheaper than lottery office. Easy site to use - just gotta zoom in. Boomers probly find it hard to use. And don't understand so would leave a bad review.

Like many Aussies when the jackpot for an overseas lotto was advertised for around $800,000 by LottoHQ ( LOTTERY OFFICE .COM.AU) on sept 10, I thought I would buy a ticket.
To say the website was confusing would be an understatement. I finally worked out enough to make a payment, That was even more difficult, after a couple of attempts I gave up and cancelled all the info I had provided.
The following day on the 11th LottoHQ ( LOTTO OFFICE.COM. .AU) had deducted three payments for a ticket I never purchased.
I occasionally buy a lotto ticket from The Lott and have never had any issues. I shall never be purchasing a ticket from LottoHQ ( LOTTERY OFFICE.COM.AU) ever again and I would advise anyone who is likely to be caught up with the advertising hype to stay well clear of falling into the same trap I did. Stick with the company you know and trust. They advertise under LOTTERY OFFICE ,COM AU and bill You under LOTTOHQ
