The quality, style and comfort of my lounge sets are so wonderful that I actually went back and ordered two more. They are soft, stylish, and made well. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I was sent the wrong size, a medium, but, I ordered large. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received the proper size. I also now need to go to the trouble of returning the incorrect item. So, I have been charged for the wrong size, and have to return it, and have nothing to show for it. Terrible customer service.

I was so pleased to find a company that had attractive loose, comfortable clothing. I received purchased items after ordering online, and a jumpsuit had a bad seam. My shopping experience has turned into a nightmare in spite of the fact that their website promises to replace or refund defective items, they are stone-walling and not following through. They are not processing the return. I sent pictures of the defective item, I think they are hoping I will just give up and just go away. Disappointed by what I had hoped was going to be a “go to” online store for yoga clothing :(
Update: Was finally able to get a refund. But the hassle and time sending emails back and forth, and the many emails it took, made this a negative shopping experience. It was not worth it.

They are the most comfortable pants ever made and cute prints. Hold up very well. Having 4 spine reconstructions done i need something that doesn't press against the metal. The pants go with tanks, henlys with cute white tank tops underneath. So darn cute. Even my husband likes them and much better than sweats. Never get hot in them either. Just love them. Company does a great job and it goes to charity.

Really bad quality! My pants ripped the first time I wore them and customer service didn’t offer replacement although it was obiviously a quality issue with the fabric. Very disappointing! I cannot recommend this brand foe anyone!

I placed an order, the romper I ordered was far too small even though I chose the size that was recommended through their own sizing chart. I now have to pay an exchange fee to exchange it which I don't think is fair.

Also the cuff on the pants I ordered are too loose but if you want to return items you also have to pay a return fee PER ITEM which is outrageous!

So happy to have found this brand! Great quality petite pants for us short girls. Will order again!

Bought some pants for a yoga retreat. Loved that they are petite friendly.

I surprised my fiancée with their Sausalito printed pants and silly me ordered the wrong size, however their customer service team were very prompt in their responses and assisted me on getting the correct size quickly.

I have ordered from Lotus and Luna twice and have had a very good experience both times. I’m sorry those who have posted a negative review were not satisfied, but I have loved the items I’ve received.

Purchased Small Wide leg cotton pants. Obsessed with how soft they are but they were too long for me. I reached out to customer service and they were able to assist me with my exchange right away! Love that they have Petite sizing. Can't wait to purchase more!

Thin material, pooly made, poor fit. Overall just awful. Have contacted company via email to initiate a return, no retun process provided. Asked for shipping label, no response. Out $40 for garbage and no way to contact company. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE! Lesson learned.

They changed my review. Lol. I ordered a pair of pants and they were awful. Nearly $50 for a very cheap see through pants. I wore a review like “hey they are see through” and they literally deleted my photos and changed my review to “love! Can’t wait to buy more!” Their reviews on their website are NOT REAL!!

Oh my, NOW I see why the reviews are so low.

I wanted to have a good experience in spite of the reviews. What could go wrong I asked myself? I'm just ordering 2 pairs of harem pants- both on sale, both available in my size.
A WEEK went by after I submitted my order, and then they email me that one of the pants is sold out and they are refunding the cost of those pants. I email them back, asking "Can't I just choose another pair?" Then I go online and see that the pants that they claim are sold-out, are very much available IN MY SIZE, but conveniently, for them, they are no longer on sale. I sent another email asking if they show available online, can't they now fulfill my order? What do they do???
They CANCEL the rest of my order. The other pair of pants were also still available, but because I questioned why I couldn't get the other pair, they CANCELLED the WHOLE order.
What company does this???
I figured out why though- if they wait long enough to fulfill your order, the sale prices are no longer valid, so if you really want those items, you have to reorder at FULL price.
It's a scam. I let them know I would leaving appropriate feedback, and you know what they did? They sent me an email asking me to be a brand ambassador for them so I could PROMOTE them and earn free stuff.
I was definitely laughing on that one. Promote what?

I'm wondering if the FTC, the CDTFA, and our US State Dept. have info on this company. If not, they will now.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They read as though you can make returns or exchanges. They ask you to email them as there is NO CONTACT NUMBER. I ordered 4 pairs of pants and they were to large. I just wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Via email I was refused. I would never buy from them again. I posted this on thier fb account & then was blocked. Very shady company with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants in size medium. I got 2 medium and one was a large. The mediums fit perfectly. The large didn't. I messaged them to return them, but they said all sales final. I told them it was their mistake. Since I paid with PayPal, I filed a complaint and guess what? They sent me a return label to return and have mailed me the proper size this time. The pants are great, their customer service is lacking.

I had to pay a shipping fee of appx 6.00 to recieve the item and then when it didnt fit, I had to pay another fee of 5.98 to return it. Total of appx 12.00 just to try on the garment

Very unprofessional via text. Forgot I had already subscribed but hadn’t yet used the discount. Wow just wow, their response.

“LotusAndLuna: You already got the code about 9 months ago! You then asked us to opt you out by sending "stop" to us. Thank you! 🙏”

They have no idea what I may have been going through 9months ago. Could have just reordered the discount without a snarky comment. Will not be shopping here or advising my yogis either.

I messaged them 3 times about a shirt that I tried to return. NO ONE has responded to my first two emails about getting a return slip. I could not access the return portal part of the website because it kept failing to load properly. It’s now past the return window. I will not be buying from this company again as this is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a while.
