Do not rent they stole my deposit and made up false accusations. Do not deal with this company

We recently rented an apartment in Manilva, Spain from air rentals. Initially everything was fine until we had a guest visit us during the day which then revealed we were being watched by the host on camera!
We were told we weren’t allowed any visitors which is ridiculous.
We covered the cameras as we felt uncomfortable being watched, this obviously rubbed them up the wrong way as they then claimed we had caused damage to the property which we definitely did not, and they refused to return our £400 deposit!

Excellent venue! Really good apartment. We stayed for England game at Wolves. Really easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds, decent shower and in a lovely quiet area… would certainly use again.

Very comfortable and cosy apartment, all the facilities are just what we needed. It’s in a great location with everything you could need within a close distance. The hosts were so quick and efficient with responding and ensuring our check in and check out was efficient and were in quick contact to ensure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Our stay was great! Apartment was very clean and well serviced, was a loud environment but not too off pointing!

One word fantastic! The apartment was right in the centre so accessible to the town on foot. The apartment has everything you need beautifuly decorated throughout, beds and linen were of good quality and smelt so fresh! Lovely little touches leaving complementary tea, coffee, milk and a nice touch to welcome us a box of chocolates! The bathroom had toiletries incase you have forgotten anything. The owner checked through messaging us to make sure that everything was OK. Will definitely be booking again.

Accommodation was excellent. Very clean and in a good location. Wish they could all be like this. Top drawer.

Opted for this apartment to keep family in one place. Clean and convenient.
Bedrooms were spacious.
Very close to town centre with a Lidl’s opposite.
Landlord was great settling us in with all the necessary information. Would stay here again !

I will never forget these days (8th-20th of February 2021), this is my most wonderful and lovely days of stay in a well-furnished, equipped, peacefully, comfortable home with same configuration as shown when I booked. I hed the warmest customer service ever.
I had a great time with my family, it's like a home away from home. if it is possible, I will give more than five stars to THE LETTING AND SALE AGENT, they give me the opportunity to have a wonderful stay at the station penthouse, Broad Gauge Way, WV10 0BA, Wolverhampton.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really friendly customer care, the place was amazing and finished to a high standard! I’ll definitely be coming back!
