We actually thought this was a retail business and ordered a service pkg unknowingly. As soon as we realized they refunded our monies immediately. Would definitely do business with them when I'm ready to convert my old vhs etc. Actually looked up the business which is why I ordered. Very good ratings

Cannot recommend this service highly enough. We sent in 24 tapes, a mix of 8mm cassettes, MiniDV, and audio tapes; some of them more than 30 years old! The files we got back were incredibly high quality and the turnaround time was ridiculously fast (they told us 10 days, but finished in 2!). The audio/video files were delivered via cloud (Google Drive) and were neatly organized and labeled. They are shipping the original tapes back to us, too!

They converted a 50 year old super-8 mm film for me. I thought it was a film of me and my friend launching Centura rockets. But it was a film of my family and pets. It was great to see this after 50 years.

Although my tapes kept breaking, Lotus Media did not give up, they retrieved every bit of footage they could, and I will forever be grateful for their diligence and professionalism. My parents have recently passed away. On clean out found lots of old 8mm movie reels. Contacted Lotus Media and asked all sorts of questions. They were responsive, friendly and confident. So I sent my box of reels. They were digitally converted within a week. Got the box back and have been enjoying movies of my childhood from the computer. The work is well done and looks great.

Lotus Media provided great customer support and a high quality product in converting VHS tapes to a digital product. The price was reasonable and affordable and everything went smoothly and quickly.

Lotus Media made the process of digitization incredibly easy, from easy and clear instructions for sending the media, transparent pricing, and efficient delivery of the videos. We were pleasantly shocked to find that the videos were named using what information Lotus could pull from the scribbled descriptions on the film/tapes -- not an easy feat -- which made for a very easy viewing experience. Not only will we be enjoying reliving our family moments for many months to come, so will our extended family and friends. 100% recommend.

Great communication, timely and unambiguous. Easy project setup form. Able to process variety of media sources! Timely processing as well. Excellent output quality of video and sound! Very helpful and friendly! Would recommend to anyone needing to get a digital file from any old recording on any kind of old media. Do not delay, do it as soon as you can because unless it is digitized, the quality of the recording degrades over time on tapes, and CDs wear out too. I was able to contact them and speak to a real and helpful person, they did an exceptional job with the transfer of a vinyl 45 to a digital file that had a very high quality sound. I would highly recommend this company!
