I do not recommend working with this…

I do not recommend working with this company due to their exploitative business practices.

1. Poor Value for Custom Mailing Templates
I paid €249 for a custom mailing template, expecting a professional design tailored to my needs. Instead, they simply added a PNG of my logo and some text to the footer. The overall design was of poor quality, featuring extremely small fonts and poor layout choices. To make basic adjustments, they charge outrageous fees:

Adjust font size to 17px – $100
Change the background color, update the logo, and modify divider line colors – $100
Adjust footer font size to 12px – $100
Why was I charged €249 for a "custom" template if I need to spend an additional €300 to correct basic design flaws caused by their team? These should have been standard design considerations, not hidden upsells.

2. Overpriced and Restrictive Modifications Package
I also purchased a modifications package for over €500, only to find that I couldn't make basic edits or adjustments. The designs were poorly executed, seemingly on purpose, to push additional fees of €200–€300 for fixes on features I already paid for. This feels like an intentional strategy to extract more money from customers.

3. Slow, Unreliable Service
The service was extremely slow. They initially forgot to include features I requested, their add-ons were buggy and non-functional, and even after repeated follow-ups, many issues remain unresolved. Visual glitches are still present, my side navigation bar was never delivered as promised, and my email template remains poorly structured.

Final Thoughts
Although we were approved for the Zendesk Startup Program to allocate resources for our new project, working with this company was a costly mistake. I ended up spending far more than necessary for a basic help center theme and email template—neither of which was delivered properly.

In hindsight, I regret not choosing a more reliable provider like Intercom, which offers better help center solutions without these hidden fees and poor service quality.
