Bought the nappy caddy to fill up with quality ‘bits’ in preparation for birth of a great grandchild in September, it’s a lovely caddy that can be used for many uses as dividers are Velcro. It’s very attractive, ordering was easy and delivery quick. Can’t wait to gift it.

I was wanting a personalised nappy caddy however the writing I was after did not fit within the character limits. The girls at Louchie Baby were absolutely fantastic! They were able to help design and make the personalised caddy I was wanting and it looks absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to gift this to my friend for her new baby. The product looks lovely and is exactly what is advertised - I am genuinely happy with it. However, the rest of the experience wasn’t too great in my opinion, as much as I can understand the challenges of a small business. I had to order the product twice as the first time - the product didn’t generate an order number to my email or give any shipping info. So I assumed I might have imagined I placed the order as I had been ordering a lot for my new arrival that is due shortly. So I ordered a second time which did all the right things. However I did a random check on my bank statement and saw being charged twice. I received both deliveries. Contacted owner - explained the situation. There was no free label to return so basically I have now paid for shipping thrice. I requested if I could be refunded on one of the shipping costs as a goodwill gesture as the error was on their side - which I was promised would be looked into and it wasn’t. I have finally received the refund for the returned product but with no shipping costs reimbursed. I feel like the situation could have been managed better.

First time buying from here and was very happy, from ordering, which was easy,delivery was quick and I was kept informed with emails along the way and the product itself, I bought the Bunny Nappy Caddy and it’s gorgeous and very good quality

I’ve order from the business before and the products are beautiful.. There was a small issue with my last order which was in no way Louchie Baby’s fault but that of the courier however, I do understand that this time of year it can be difficult.
I contacted Natalie and she couldn’t have been more helpful. A new item was sent the next day with my tracking details. I couldn’t recommend Natalie & her team any more.. 5⭐️ service & 5⭐️products… Julie
