Highly recommend
Amazing products and customer service.
Website is easy to navigate, which makes ordering a breeze, and delivery is super fast.

Disappointed
Sadly, my order has turned up damaged. I’ve contacted Louella Belle and sent pictures of the damage, however I am still awaiting a decision as to how we rectify this. Very disappointing, not the normal customer service I have had in the past with other beauty suppliers when there is a problem.
