Great service all round!
Came on board at the professional beauty show. The staff at the show were so knowledgeable. Since then the customer service from the staff on the phone and training had been brilliant. Delivery time is the best I’ve ever had in the industry. Super quick!

Ease of ordering on the website and speedy delivery were good. Service slightly marred this time as one item was out of stock but showing as in stock when ordered with a follow up e mail the next day to advise and arrange a refund. A better experience is to have the website showing the correct stock held.
