I placed an order which they haven’t shipped. They don’t reply to my emails, fortunately I paid via PayPal and somehow I’m managing to block the payment.

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs.

I was hit with an unexpected £58 extra charge just to have my order delivered to my home, with absolutely no warning before purchase. On top of that, accessing the tracking number costs £1 every single time, which feels deliberately misleading and unacceptable.

By the time all these hidden charges are added, the total cost is higher than buying the same type of product in the UK, making this purchase completely pointless.

Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, sending generic replies with no real solution. It’s almost 2026, and I still have not received my order.

This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and stressful experience. I do not recommend Louis to anyone and will never order from them again.

The jacket I ordered was great. Price was cheap and the postal process went smoothly. So... I really recommend this shop and I will order products via them in the future, too.

They advertised a visor for PROBIKER X4/RPHA70. I received the item and did not fit the RPHA70. They offered only a partial refund. They wanted the item back - although they would not cover the shipping back, so I would be left worse.

It was 100% their mistake - wrong advertising on site + on the invoice.

Stay away! I bought a visor and have been terrorized by their complete incompetence for six months. They have sent me wrong products multiple times and are demanding payment for things I have not ordered. A complete scam!

Purchased helmet order 609395 / 9456613 Schubert E1. Got delivered dumped about 10 meters from my door was hevy raining package was left like that. After i arrived boxes was in bits, helmet full of water inside look like somone kuck the pacage as well as was all over the place. Contact customer service they ask me to wait as that not their fault. I paid to them so product and delivery is fully their responsibility. Never do a business with them again and think before you order ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I've purchased from them. Got exactly what I ordered with fast, fair priced shipping.

5 stars for the delivery and product, 1 star for the amount of crap that they send me in the post. I didn't need a whole bunch of junk mail with the thing that I ordered and I've received at least 3 more booklet things since then, along with emails. Not many companies still post things to people anyway, the internet exists now!
