In general the boxes were great. Loved the items that came inside and the descriptions. Main reason for cancelling is the cost of shipping. Shipping cost almost as much as the box itself.
Also; did not like that contact had to be made to cancel subscription after 12 month commitment was up.

Hi Jill, thank you so much for your feedback, much appreciated! Ok, so as for the shipping, you'll be happy to know we now offer FREE SHIPPING for any subscription. Shipping in Canada is quite the process, and very expensive, so please know we've been working very hard to get to this point.
As for needing to contact us to cancel, we appreciate this type of feedback as we could have made it clearer on "how-to" cancel. We've since updated the email welcome flow to include how to access your account, which then allows you to cancel yourself. Furthermore, the reason it doesn't automatically cancel, is because we have many moms who like to go beyond their commitment term with their discounted rates.
We also offer the ability to pause the membership which is a popular option for members!

The best subscription box! I started getting these boxes while I was pregnant, every month I am still so excited to open the box and see what’s inside! The best part is if I can’t use the products right away with my babe I can hold onto them until I can. So many amazing Canadian products inside for babes first year of life!

Not worth it
I'm glad I'm able to support small Canadian businesses which is why I gave 2 stars, but the boxes are way overpriced for what you receive. Each comes at just over $50 for 3 products that you can't even choose. Unfortunately once you pick a plan you're stuck. You're better off buying individual products elsewhere for a better price and by doing that you'll also get what you want vs random products you won't use or need
