Hello Nanette, we are sorry you feel this way, regarding the closure this was not intended and if we could we would stay open, Due to the covid 19 situation suppliers are now struggling to source wax and other ingredients and supplies are very slow at coming in so instead of taking orders that we wouldn't be able to fulfill we decided it was best to close 😔, The 7-10 working day turnaround time has always been in place and is announced throughout our website, which would have been there when ordering, this is because all our products are hand made and need time to cure . We thank you for your patience throughout this horrible time we are going through.

Ordered ny wax melts in the 7th and its…
Ordered my wax melts in the 7th and its the 18th now and they are not even out for delivery. They were a gift which is now going to arrive late . Would not buy again. Always purchase wax melts online from independent businesses and they normally arrive within 5 to 7 days. If I knew it would of took this long would not or ordered
