Bras are lovely customer service was really good too

I placed an order on the 24th of May and unfortunately the seem of the bra has came undone nearly a month later. I contacted lounge to see if they could do anything for me and they offered me a 20% refund or a reshipment of my order. This was really great to hear and fantastic customer service from Kate. May I add as well the bras are fantastic, material is unreal and they are so comfy

Excellent products and excellent customer service. I discovered the brand online last year and was a bit worried about if the lingerie would fit so I made a trip to one of their stores (about an hour from me). I needn’t have worried - the products were great and they offered me lots of help in store.

I have placed several orders online and the whole process has been straightforward and smooth.

I have recently contacted customer services with an enquiry and they dealt with it quickly, professionally and to a good resolution. I am a happy customer and will continue to shop with them.

I bought 3 bras on a buy 2 get 1 free basis. The two bras I specifically wanted were not available and as a result I felt a bit conned out my money because the two bras I wanted happened to be the cheapest ones too. They only managed to send me the more expensive bra because they didnt have the stock for the others and immediately refunded me for one cheapest bra (as expected) but that meant i ended up paying for the only bra I wanted just as a bonus. I wasnt really happy about this so I went tothe webchat for customer support. Kate really helped me out and tried her best on her end to ensure that I was refu ded the full amount after being dissatisfied. Despite not satisfied from the purchase - the customer service was worth reaching out. Thank you Kate.

My parcel went missing and Stef really helped and sorted the situation out in no time. I buy from this brand quite alot so im glad I can count on them with customer services when something goes wrong.

I had trouble submitting a return, and Ellie was excellent. She patiently walked me through the process and made everything easy to understand.

I unfortunately got sent the wrong item I ordered. HOWEVER I’m very impressed with how this was resolved.
It was very quick and easy to get in touch with lounge to sort this problem, a bot took my info then very quickly Stef (a human) answered and solved it immediately apologising for the inconvenience, dispatched what I did order no charge and said I can keep the incorrect item as a sorry for the issue. Very good customer service and very thankful for the help I received

Extremely good customer service!!! Ordered from them several times and this one time, had a minor issue with my order and they resolved it right away.

Have always been a huge fan of this brand and recently bought the mosaic print swimwear and it is just gorgeous, the material is so worth the price, the pattern is gorgeous and I feel so confident wearing the bikini!!

Visited your store within St David's Arcade in Cardiff this morning. There were 3 members of staff that I coild see, one of them severing a customer and the other 2 behind the till chatting away.
I had a look at everything and made eye contact with a sales assistant who then ignored me completely. I gave it a few minutes and no one offered help so I left and went a few doors down and gave Boux my business.
Made me feel like I shouldn't be there.

I wish every brand had the same customer service as Lounge. Perfect! I had a problem with my order and I got in contact with Stef, he fixed the issue right away. Quick and friendly. And the products are also so nice. Would definitely buy more.

Sophie sorted out my problem in just a few minutes.
Everything went smoothly, and I was very happy with the service and the result.
