I had an issue with the delivery of my order and contacted Lounge's customer service. They handled my request very quickly, and the solution was clear and fast.

Tilly was incredibly helpful, after an error on the sizing on the original label and wash label turns out it was a size smaller than i actually bought!
She very quickly rectified the error and apologised and was able to sort it out completely while making sure the item was kept or donated instead of binned which i thought was a nice touch!

I got a product that had a small issue, I contacted lounge. They gave me a fast answer if I would like 20% discount.
I suggested to keep the product and hope it won’t go broken because of the issue. Instead they let me have a new product. Very satisfied. Also got the product fast.

Lauren was an excellent and extremely helpful and diligent customer service representative. She helped me navigate through any sizing and shipping concerns that I had, and was super positive for the whole experience. I got 3 lingerie sets from Lounge to wear on my wedding night and honeymoon. They are absolutely beautiful and perfect for any bride. My only down side was that sizes were often out of stock. Other than that, a wonderful experience shopping at Lounge!
