First of all let me say there customer service is phenomenal. I had an issue with my order and they resolved my situation in a matter of minutes. I’ve never had such quick and efficient service from any other retailer!

Not a happy bunny
Quality is good but bad customer service. I asked for an exchange on their site, then sent an email to correct my mistake and asked for refund. My refund request was totally missed and they decided on sending me the outfit again after I had asked for a refund. I sent off the parcel out of my own pocket as I didn’t have a printer to print off their free label so now because of their mistake by over looking my email, I have to pay for another shipping cost.
I emailed them again to say but I had asked for a refund, at first they denied that I asked for one, I found corresponding emails and email them my email asking for a refund as I do not have require an exchange anymore. All I got was sorry for the inconvenience you have to pay out of your pocket.
So now I have to pay out of my own pocket to do another return which I am upset about.

Ruby saved the day- quality control issue
The only reason I am giving a 5 is because of Ruby on the live chat.
There were quality control issues with my order and due to brexit and covid it was taking weeks to sort and Ruby saved the day.
Going onto the live chat I would have given 1/5 however after leaving it 5/5. I am looking forward to getting by new bits.

Absolutely amazing underwear
Absolutely amazing underwear, so comfortable. I was apprehensive at first after having a baby I didn’t look anything like the models so didn’t think I’d be comfortable and have much support but they fit so well.
DPD had lost my parcel at first and their customer services were incredible, they refunded me £5 for delivery even though it wasn’t their fault. Absolutely faultless!

Soo comfortable!! I purchased the Khaki lounge set and I can honestly say it fits and looks perfectly. On the website you can answer a questionnaire which helps figure out what size you should be purchasing. Great idea!! I will be purchasing more from Lounge Wear for sure. :-) x
