My experience with Louri Bike is very positive. Since i've seen some quite promising reviews about their product (the Louri Strap) i went to order some directly from GB (i live in Austria). Two of them i received a couple of days later. The one i've ordered first got lost in transport. I then contacted Louri (greetings to Sian), who came back to me very quickly and in a VERY friendly manner via mail and the problem was solved very professionally.
The Louri Strap is well made, robust and promises to stay for quite a while with my bikes. I can absolutely recommend it as well as Louri Bike! Very good product and good service! Thanks!

Enduro Frame Strap
A little more expensive than some of the alternatives but it was easy to see why when it arrived. Appears very well made and hasn’t moved at all even on the very rough stuff, shipping was also fast and efficient. Always happy to support a British company

We were unaware that your strap had not arrived with you however today your strap arrived back at our headquarters due to an issue with Royal Mail. We contacted you to let you know that the strap had arrived with us and offered to reship for you or offer a refund. You requested a re-shipment which we are taking care of. I'm sorry that you feel our customer service has fallen below expectations but i'm not sure what else we could do when circumstances beyond our control intervene.
