I ordered a garden windmill from them which turned up with a piece missing rendering it useless. They offered me £2 refund.....

Ordered a German multi functional shower head as seen on Instagram. It arrived after 2 weeks and the product was totally mis represented on their advertising. Do not buy this as it performed worse than the 20 year old shower head I was hoping to improve. I agree with other reviews that this was a scam do not purchase. Tracking information was a joke. Tried to return and they were very reluctant to accept and offered £2 as compensation I paid £27 !!!!

I bought a kinetic wind spinner for the garden off Facebook, and though it took a while to arrive, it is rather nice. Quite hypnotic actually!

Needs three spikes in the post though, otherwise its OK.

Ordered a Kinetic Wind Spinner.
Put it outside and it spun fine.
Next morning it had gone rusty and refused to spin.

Ordered a kinetic wind spinner. Eventually arrived....not made clear when ordering that it would be shipped from the USA. Cheaply made, the stake only has two spikes to fix it into the ground, so it's not very stable. Needs at least three spikes to make it more sturdy. Yet on the website it declares it comes with three spikes

Suspicious of the actual price, in the box it had a price tag of £3.99. Certainly not worth 18.99 and when was it ever 37.99.

And as for a spiritual shock...yep.when you see the quality...save your money or at least check out other websites first.

Our windmill arrived after 9 days and we are delighted with it.

Avoid!!!!! Overpriced and they do not take notice of any communications once they have an order. Dreadful company

I saw a sponsored facebook post saying that this person was closing down their side business as a garden magic kinetic windmill designer, and they were giving them away at a discounted price. As I know how this feels like, I wanted to help and bought one. Unluckiy I acted on impulse, and only after I read the comments and some were warning that this post was sent out periodically and that it was not true. I then tried to cancel the order, but on this webiste there is no way of doing it, I wrote several emails to the support address which is the only contact available, which have been ignored. Unfortunately these are people without scruples. By googling the name of the item I also realised I paid it 3 times its commercial value.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I cancelled my order not even a min after ordering. I got a stupid response back saying the order was shipped as soon as I placed it. It’s impossible! Also, now they are ignoring my emails for refund and do not want to take their item back. AVOID.

The quality is just the worst yet makes shein look like Harrods
They never reply and when they do it’s for a photo of the bar codes that must be in the system under your order
Then they refuse to refund you i have had a reply to my many many emails saying they will give me 1 pound refund when it should be 60

Took over 2 months to arrive and it is cheap and nasty. I keep emailing the customer support and all they do is ask for a photo

Do not buy from these people. The products they send are horribly sub standard using the cheapest, nastiest material. Their return policy is a scam. The website says to email them for a return address but when you do, there are just nonsense replies back. There is no possibility of a refund and no way of contacting anyone once they have your money.

Avoid at all costs. They send the wrong size, then tell you, you can't have a refund, as the address they supplied was the wrong one. So I don't get a refund and they won't send me the correct size either.

These flip flops are thick and very comfortable. I wear them every day. Great buy!
