I will never order from here again. It took a while to receive a refund. The company didn't respond in a timely fashion. I had to contact lyst to see if they could help. Then was told it would only be a credit. I ordered an item in my size with my credit...sadly once I got it, it was too small so I returned once more. I only want sandals, but am now currently having a hard time finding any I like that's available in my size. Sandals don't even show up when you search sandals. I can't wait to find an item and be done with this company. Please do not buy from them there's too much hassle and not a lot of good product to begin with.

I would like to receive my credit and never to do business with this company again
This is not a honest way of doing Business
I feel because they are a European company. They ignore Honesty customer service the value of doing business with USA customers
$1115.00 is a lot money that Louxly Refuse to be honest and credit my money

I was thrilled to find the perfect pair of shoes for my New Year's Eve celebration, but I was hesitant to purchase from an Italian website due to concerns about their customer service. However, given the high price tag of $350, I assumed they would have reliable customer service.

The shoes arrived one day before my trip, but when I tried them on, I found out they were too small. I immediately contacted the company by email, requesting a return. They sent me a DHL label, but when I went to the shipping station, I discovered that there was no DHL office in Whitefish, Montana where I live. Despite this, I shipped the shoes with another courier and paid for it since I did not want to miss the 14-day return window as I was flying abroad for a long time.

the shoes were returned to Italy, but the company refused to accept them alleging I did not use their label so they sinply can’t accept them. I wasted $350 on the shoes and an additional $90 on return shipping costs. This experience was a scam and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I want to alert anyone purchasing from the US or any country other than Italy to be cautious.

This is a website that sells their products from somewhere in Europe. I ordered a jacket that was my normal size, but was hugely large. Instead of just refunding my money, they will only gift store credit. I tried same jacket in a extra extra small but it is still incredibly large. Each time you have to pay $28 to ship it back. I feel stuck as all their merchandise for credit looks lame. Shop elsewhere at all costs!

Scam website do not trust them working and selling through klarna/lyst

I was sold a faulty product and the seller refused to have it returned for a refund. In contacted my banks fraud department and upon investigation I was refunded due to the seller and site not living up to the sellers rights act. Fast forward to this year and they are once again trying to get the money from my account with a - upcoming payment email.

Even after the fraud team determined it was fraud. So now these parasites waited a month before trying again.

So now they are illegally trying to get the money, letting me know 2 days before they try, After it was declared fraud.
They are refusing to cancel the final payment even though their is a ongoing investigation happening.

Avoid at all costs it is a scam site and you take a gamble buying from them. Klarna:Lyst tries to put all the blame on them. They hardly reply.
