They were very accommodating to our timeline, were extremely transparent with every step, texted us with updates and shipping information, provided all of the certification documents, and gave us a beautiful diamond at a great price! We even had it certified that it was what we paid for by the jeweler we got the setting from, which set our minds further at ease. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Experience was great except that they need a better system for tracking product status after purchase. I had no idea what was going on with my diamond for the first few weeks and had to periodically contact customer support for updates.

Since it is a new company, I was hesitant at first. I actually had canceled my first initial order but eventually reordered it. They were really helpful and called me with answers. The only thing I wish they did was updates on the status or stage of your ring. Other than that I had a pleasant experience. The ring turned out beautifully and at a great price!
