I was having a little trouble ordering. I sent an email & customer service got back to me right away & helped fix the problem.
I was really happy with how carefully the jewelry is packed, so the box/jewlry wouldn’t get crushed.
The bracelets I got were just like in the pictures/videos. They are all beautiful! They have nice weight to them, not cheap feeling or looking at all!
I was so pleased with my order I placed another one the other day & I can’t wait till my next LoveAero box is at my door!
I had a great experience & highly recommend this site.

I was kept up to date on the status of my order. The jewelry is beautiful and good quality! I love the fact that I don’t have to take off the jewelry for fear of it tarnishing, I also like how you can create a complete set necklace, bracelet and ear rings, I highly recommend Loveareo

I would never order from this company again. The quality is worse than the jewelry I get on Temu. Almost every piece was broken or missing stones. The items look like they are from Claire's or something worse. It took 4 days short of a month to receive my order but now seeing that this "fine quality" comes directly from China. Not worth it.

Beautiful jewelry. Better than it looks in pictures. Customer service very helpful & polite. 2 weeks after my ordered was received I still had not been notified of my tracking info. Reached out & they were very apologetic, helpful, nice, respectful & kind. Bought another piece shortly after my first order.

I was a bit on the skeptical side but I did place a nice sized order bc the jewelry looked so pretty. My jewelry picks were packaged very very well! and for the jewelry itself , they were absolutely beautiful! I ordered 4 of the "Marquise Cuff Bracelets" in Pink,White Purple & Green, OMG the brilliance is totally stunning!! They look like they cost waaaay more than I paid for them. Alos purchased the "Heartlight Necklace" in the Rose Gold, 1 word....STUNNING! I loved the product so much that I went ahead and already placed 2 more orders, I was just as pleased with them as well! This is my new place to shop for my Jewelry!

I contacted the company regarding my concerns, and I cannot say enthusiastically enough, how they absolutely took care of my concerns. Listen to everything I said, and sent me a completely new order that I cannot praise enough.
Their silver pieces are stunning. I absolutely love them.
Being 100% truthful, I did not like any of the gold pieces. But every single silver piece I got was absolutely stunning and worth every penny.
Their customer service is top-notch I contacted them. I told them my concerns and literally within two weeks. I received a brand new order no problems. They were very gracious and absolutely listened to everything I said and made sure to make sure my experience was really good.
I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. I will definitely order more and I would encourage my friends and family to order from this company. If there’s any problem, they are so good at making sure their customers are happy.

I wanted to write this reviw about Love Aero who I have never done business with until this first time. My packages were a xidently going to the wrong address for weeks now and I and Love Aero managed to correct the issue with the shipping company and I finally recieved the jewelry today. I truely love the pieces selected and can honestly say the quality appears very luxury and longstanding. Each piece is built with perfection. It is sad that because of the delivery company, I requested a refund and now they can't take the money back from me. I think Love Arro deserve the money back and wish there was a way to get it back to them securely. They have asked that I keep the jewelry as a gift but they are a company for profit and I feel bad about this whole situation for I should have been patient. However, they responded to my request for refund quickly which is great business. Please let me know via email if there is an alternative. Thank you Love Aero! I will surely order from you again soon.

The jewelry took forever to arrive. I opened the packages and I could tell right away. It was just cheap quality,
I wore the necklace for one day and it has already broken the clasp has come off.
I purchased four pair of earrings as gifts for my daughter’s bridal shower and I would be embarrassed to give them out. Please don’t waste your money buying from this site.

My original review was 1 star, I have amended it to 3 simply because their customer service reached out to ask about the problem & offered to work with me and replace my defective item. I wasn’t happy with all of the items period and asked to return them. They offered a refund. They also asked me to delete my review afterwards- I won’t do that. Refunding me doesn’t take away that I waited awhile to get jewelry from China that looked and felt subpar (and included a defective necklace). Their customer service earned them stars back but I overall was not happy with my experience or my products and feel it’s important for others to know.

Loveaero is my go to jewelry. I’ve been wearing it for a year now and the gold has not tarnished at all. I wear my bracelets on a daily basis. I love it so much that I’m on my third order. The only complaint I have is with nail bracelet because it periodically opens up, other than that all my pieces have been great. I’m now buying for my friends.

Loving them all, so hard to choose one piece to wear.

Jewelry tarnished after a week wearing them. The clover gold tone bracelet broke after one wear. I’ve complained to the company and took two weeks to replace only three bracelets. I was supposed to receive a replacement of four in the meantime I wore the other bracelets and it wasn’t durable it broke off my wrist and I couldn’t find it. I just want my money back buyers be aware they promised durable gold tone jewelry I received dollar tree quality. I just want a refund.The delivery process took forever at least two weeks then waited longer for only three replacements. Not acceptable!

I wish I wouldn't have believed the hype. The gold is faded, the best looking pieces I have are my silver earrings. The amount of jewelry for the price isnt bad, but the shine they speak upon isnt there. I bought the nail bracelets and it took me twenty minutes to figure out how it opened. There are no care instructions and again let me say the shine they brag on "is a lie". Even the free gift quality is poor. I am so sad, becasue I had high hopes based on the reviews. I have bought cheaper jewelry that represented better, this is worse than blah... Obviously, the reviews aren't true. Overall, I feel slighted. I won't ever purchase another piece from this company again.
