I keep trying to access the site to buy products yet it keeps saying site not found.
Has anyone else got this problem please?

Was very worried about getting the product it came in 24 hours was worried with all the bad reviews but no issues

Ordered products and took 3 days to tell me they were out of stock although they were in stock online and I had payed, had to then order elsewhere, always problems with the post getting sent to a different delivery office which then takes longer to receive. I have now gone elsewhere.

I received my order - lidocaine numbing cream. Despite it being twice the strength of my current cream, this does absolutely nothing. I paid £50 for what's clearly a fake - just a 99p tub of emollient cream.
No reply from customer service.

Got the product I wanted at a good price and fast delivery. Will shop again.

Placed a order and paid next day, not only has the item not been sent out no one is getting back to me and I’ve had to put a dispute in with my bank to get the money back

Can someone please respond to my emails? My package was sent with a tracking number and the parcel company told me it was never dropped off. It’s been almost a month and no one will contact me back.

I apologise for my previous review. I haven't received any order confirmation and I got worried.
I confirm that I have received my package today with what I have ordered. All good. My feedback is: please send email confirmation to customers so they don't get scared.

This company is not legitimate, they are swindlers. They don't reply to emails and their telephone number is a fake 44 (0)1619283829. It's a shame I can't visit them in person if they really exist, they'd feel my anger.They have collected the sale but no goods in return,

Unfortunately my item did not arrive until I emailed to chase it up nearly 2 weeks later. To be fair I have used them the past and had no issues.

My order was over a week late which really affected my business.
