Great company to deal with. My hug necklace came on time before Christmas and they kept me posted on tracking status. They even reached out after delivery to make sure everything was ok.

I got the hug ring for my daughter and the hug necklace for my wife. When they open the boxes, well there faces was a picture. Tears from all of us, they loved them. So a big thank you for me.

The hug neclace is the perfect symbol of the togetherness shared by my wife and I, after many trying times. It was a last minute decision for it to be an Xmas gift to her. Surprisingly, it arrived on time, with no delivery issues.
She began crying tears of joy, the moment she opened it, thinking that I had a jeweler custom design and produce it. The chain is sturdy and the pendant is very unique and well-finished.
Whenever meeting with anyone over Xmas, my wife wanted to show it off. Everyone was impressed!

I have now ordered 2 pieces of jewelry from Love and Crafted and both, the Hug Ring for my Girlfriend and the Guardian Angel Necklace for my Daughter were both well received. They both Loved their respective gifts. The customer service was top notch. I received the gifts promptly and well packaged. So thank you again for everything. I ordered the thick & thin ring, took longer than expected to arrive but that was due to the Royal Mail strikes over the festive period but it was worth the wait as the ring is just gorgeous . Very good quality & would definitely recommend to family & friends to have a look .
