The shorts were lovely but didn’t fit my husband well. I am disappointed that u charge for return postage to the UK. Most other companies it is free. It cost me $30
To send them back. If I had realized I would not have ordered them. Although I love your products. This was too much $

One article we ordered was “refunded” and not delivered, with no explanation or apology.
I have heard back since my comment and they were incredibly apologetic and did everything they could to make amends. Faith is now fully restored!!

The women that serve me were excellent very easy, they were very helpful in helping select beachwear for my wife hoildays it was a suprize gift
I will defo go back to Westbourne Grove store. Whlist there I had a coffee which made my shopping experience great

Two delivery vans needed one order!
Hi - would give 5 stars for service as everything was done to the letter!
The only issue was that the two items I ordered, in the same order, were delivered separately in two boxes by two different delivery drivers. No major issue but just thinking it’s a bit inefficient and meant double carbon footprint for my order. Albeit i think i paid extra to offset.
