Just ordered my second kit of the Tempranillo. Excellent red wine with easy to follow instructions. I've found this kit produces a beautiful oak flavoured wine. Ordered the kit through the Love Brewing website and was delivered the next day with free postage. Top marks for customer service.

It was an easy transaction with good communication. Easy to change date of delivery even if the delivery driver didn't follow the instructions to try the neighbour. Otherwise definitely use the company again.

First time I've tried home-brewing since the 80's (& the stuff I produced back then was awful!) so my confidence level wasn't high when I started this time so I watched the video a couple of times & followed the instructions to the letter. I tried the first glass yesterday & to be honest I was surprised - its rather nice. I now have 25 litres of Suffolk Bitter.
I've already started a 2nd brew.

If you don't already brew your own, you really should, and if you do you should be buying your kit from here! The site is brilliant, tonnes to see and learn, tonnes to buy and massive savings to be made brewing your own... Not that money is all that's in it, frankly the beer I brew is far better than anything in a supermarket, and it's about 40p a bottle. Love Brewing? Yes I do, and these guys make it possible!

I ordered a beer kit from the website and it gave me an option for delivery in Taiwan. I ordered it for a friends' birthday and had labels printed for the bottles. I gave the present to the friend and told him the package is on its way. I received an email saying that it was a mistake made on the website's page and they actually do not deliver to Taiwan but they can send it to me with an additional cost that's more than the purchase. I emailed back and said that I feel this is unacceptable and that this was a mistake made by the company and I feel they should pay for the costs to get it delivered to Taiwan. I never heard anything back. I have not received my money back and also no package. I also feel very embarrassed to tell my friend that he will not receive his present. I will definitely let people know about my experience and the unprofessional service I received,
