Bought a full set up for cider as a gift, to start the lid was clearly leaking as no bubbles in airlock. Was told they would give be me a lid when I purchased something else from them (which won’t be happening) Then pressure valve was loose and failed to work correctly when co2 was injected and just spewed out. Honestly just go buy from somewhere else, absolute waste of money and failed start to finish. Extremely disappointed.

I've used a few times with no issue. However on my last order I was sent items that were already significantly out of date.

I didn't realise until I had already used the item. I messaged the company regarding the issue with a photo of the out of date tin.

As I'd already used the item I did not expect a replacement, simply an acknowledgement that they would improve their process to avoid issues.

As I've heard nothing back I can only assume this was ignored and so I no longer have confidence anything I buy from this company will be fit for purpose. Therefore I am avoiding from now on.

I have dealt with Love Brewing on several occasions now and have spent a reasonable amount of money with them and can say that the service has been excellent. Orders have been dealt with promptly, the website is clear and easy to use and orders land with me really quickly. I acknowledge that for some people things can and have gone a little bit pear shaped and I hope that where things have fallen short that the nettle is grasped and lessons learned. I shall continue to put custom their way in the future.

First order of bottles arrived safely and was good value, so I ordered more. The second order contained a broken bottle so I sent a photograph and requested information on returns or a partial refund. Unfortunately I have had no response.

Ordered a 5.5ltr apple press from Love Brewing. on the first use, the handle that turns the press broke. I have emailed Love Brewing twice now, via their customer support form and via my original order thread but have had no response in over ten days. I feel like the company are deliberately avoiding the issue. I would happily settle for a "return" and take a credit note and buy another press from them however I'm struggling to reach ANYBODY at Love Brewing. Purchased my first home brewing kit, felt the price was competitive compared to others I seen and delivery was very quick. When reading through the instructions, there was something I misunderstood. I contacted them after 5pm and had received a helpful response the following morning.
Will definitely be using them for future purchases

Great product, great price, fast delivery and good fast communication. This was my first puurchase from them, I will definitely use again.

First time customer through a recommendation and glad I listened. I purchased a luxury wine starter pack and it was delivered quickly and hassle free. Packaging was amazing, it had plenty of cushioning and was very secure. Communication regarding my order was excellent.

I had some queries regarding my order once it was delivered and I contacted Love Brewing with my questions. It was responded to by Darren, who went above and beyond communicating with me outwith office hours/days, I don’t know anything about wine etc and this was evident with my questions but Darren answered my questions very kindly and patiently. I cannot thank him enough.

I highly recommend this company, customer service is excellent, delivery was excellent, products are of high quality, packaging is excellent, this company definitely goes above and beyond and I feel if you have any questions or queries or need any assistance with your products they would be more than happy to assist.

If you’re looking for gifts for wine or beer lovers then this is the place for you. I’ll definitely be buying again from them.

First time used. Ordered because they could deliver yesterday/today. Nothing. No contact to say there was a problem.
Really let down. Never again.

Placed order, then heard nothing from Love Brewing. After waiting a few days I had no idea if there was a problem with the order nor any idea if order was going to be sent. Both telephone numbers constantly giving recorded message stating that "telephone lines were closed". Also emailed asking when order would be sent? Also no response! Pretty poor customer service when there is no communication or response whatsoever! Love brewing's website states that they would email when order was dispatched - this didn't happen either! Order did turn up and I was contacted by DPD with a delivery slot, but Love Brewing have still not responded to any of my messages nor provided any notifications!

UPDATE 25/09/22:- Contrary to Love Brewings response, there were no emails sent whatsoever. I'm still waiting for any replies to my emails. I think the other recent recent Trustpilot reviews all confirm that this company DO NOT respond to any communications.

Their prices are competitive and similar to those charged on ebay or on Amazon. They also pick, pack and despatch orders exceptionally quickly.

We placed an order Friday morning. Supposed to be delivered on Monday. Got a text whilst walking the dog to advise of delivery in an hours time, this being Saturday morning!

Cracking! Very trustworthy and great value!

Although there was an issue with my order they replied quickly to my email and the problem was sorted out with replacement received within a couple of days.

First problem the telephone answering machine says they do not answer the phone.
10 emails later still don't know why having paid £70.45 for a completekit I have received less than the advertised £68.50 kit.
Hopeless after sales service. I think they rely on you giving up. So still none the wiser why every thing you need doesn't include the sugar which says is included.

I would just like to say that I have bought several times from these guys and their service has always been excellent. In addition, the quality of their own brand of beer and cider kits is very good, and they are some of the best value on the market.

Ordered many times and always pleased with service, choice & competitive pricing. Good communications with updates & use DPD who are great.

Ordered my second part grain box to use with the kit I previously purchased from them and it came in a day or two. Kit is complete and in good condition. If it turns out as well as the last one I'll be very happy. I'm trying a lager this time instead of an ale.

Really horrible customer service, AVOID this company. If ever you disagree with them or post a genuine concern about their unrealistically high postage then troll you on social media and start to attack you on social media for no reason, then start to mention your past posts. Really vile and intrusive company and narrow-minded owners.
Be careful when using this vile rude company!!!

If I could give a minus score here I would -5, Very poor customer service paid for superior corks ( yes not massive cost) but what I got was usless basically falling apart. That not worst bit but when I contacted lovebrew I was first offered a replacement which I agreed to but insisted in better quality I had paid for not falling apart, to this I was told this is what makes them better quality cracking and falling apart , when I disagreed I was then ignored hence this review one thing I cannot stand in crap customer service
On top of this I have now also received a ranting email about my review being very rude and was also called a lier I have not been offered an alternative brand or a refund just abusive emails the mam dealing with this is clearly not cut out for customer service.
But love brewing attitude is wish we could review customers lol not the right attitude towards customers all I wanted from start was corks changed for different ones or refund on all corks but all I got was attitude.

No you trolling my account and lieing on it that why other site removed your responce I have documented proof I asked for swap for alternative and asked for refund on all 100 corks alone.
If you up date responce exspect one back my account difference is I not lieing and can prove it .
