Ordered a necklace 2 weeks before Christmas . It arrived on January 5th . Was told it would be standard delivery which is 3-5 working days. It took so long I tried to email 6 times and got 1 reply saying there’s a problem with delivery. Absolutely shocking customer service and a waste of money as the necklace I bought I wouldn’t pay what I payed for it !

Do not order !!!!!Waste of money and time, and very very poor costumer service.
I’ve ordered the gift for my wife. The item should be delivered in 10 days. I’ve paid extra money for fast delivery (7 days ). After one month I still didn’t received. Of course I ordered the same gift from amazon and I received in 3 days . I asked them for full refund, instead I get an email from them saying that I am not entitled for refund because is a personalised gift. Really???…. They advertising gifts and not receiving in time ?…. Moreover is not one or 2 days delays , is more than a month, and I still didn’t received the item.
Please everyone make further complains to ombudsman, Google reports , we need to stop this site. Very very disappointed.

STILL NO SIGN OF MY CHRISTMAS ORDER. I received an email last week saying it had been dispatched but no sign of it 9 days later. So the presents will be late, if they even arrive. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Just hoping my order arrives at some point. I've emailed twice but no response.

What a waste of money and because of where it’s sent from, it would be futile trying to return the item for a refund.

I ordered a customised paint by numbers picture and you’d think that being it was clearly a sentimental gift, at least a small amount of care would have been applied when packing it ready for delivery. The material in which the picture was on had been wrapped around a piece of polystyrene pipe that had bent and creased during delivery and so the picture was now also bent and creased. The majority of the paints had come loose and it just empathised them lack of care that was given. This gift wasn’t exactly cheap but the quality of it was cheap, at best!

Save yourself the hassle and money and order from somewhere else.

Incorrectly labelled a wrong incomplete address.
Have contacted couriers and love by letterbox, given assurances would be relabelled and sent to correct address, yet this was false information, received email from "Isla" after second failed attempt to have reposted to correct address suggesting I make contact with couriers despite everywhere saying to make contact with original seller, and now have no package and no money to replace wedding anniversary gift ordered almost 3 weeks ago.

Not very happy.

This is so strange! I ordered an item not realising it would be coming from China. Had a problem with the tracking link not working. Just tried a different link I was sent and it says delivered. It has not been delivered at all! Let's see if I get a response to my email😔
My email address has now been blocked and my messages via Facebook being ignored!
I also just Googled the post code they have in Kington and it's just a company that deals with ghost mail🙄FFS! They got me a gooden!

Absolutely disgrace of a company. I ordered 2 blue flower bears 6 weeks ago and having emailed the company several times, they told me 15 days ago it had been posted the day before and would TAKE 7 to 10 days to arrive. Its now 15 days so I emailed yet again to get my money back but was told as the items had already been dispatched I couldn't get a refund. These bears were for my daughters who lost their dad to covid and WERE meant as gifts for his birthday 2 weeks ago. I'm now getting told they will arrive by next week, 7 weeks after ordering and paying for them. DONT USE THIS COMPANY utter disgrace

Although it took a couple of wks to arrive, iv honestly got to say my item looks Great, every email was replyed by Isla nxt day, so cant really say a bad word about this company...

I ordered a silver personalised bracelet for my boyfriend for our anniversary yet it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve not received any update on where the item is and how long it will take to come? I’ve emailed and had no reply and I’m not able to get a refund

No sign of order, no reply to emails. Wish I had never bought especially now I know items are from China. Picked this company especially as thought UK made and sent. Very disappointed, will be in touch with credit card company for a refund.

If you look at the 5 star reviews. They are all july 14 (or around that time) this company is a scam and has no customer service. The 5 star ratings are fake accounts and my rose bear took 7 months to come. Once came, it arrived in an open plastic bag with multiple petals fallen off.

Do not ever order from this s*** company even though this is late back in February 2021 for valentines day ordered a bear for my partner and unitl today I have not received this item first time I contact they said there is a delay the next few times I have emailed they don't respond now out of principle im still emailing to get my money back bunch of scam artist

Absolute disaster- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I ordered a Squid Game mask from them for Halloween. Delivery was supposedly from Royal Mail and was being dispatched on the 24th (enough time to get here).

The thing is, they Pre-book a UK Royal Mail reference so it looks like it’s in the system. Really what they’re doing is sending the item from China and only using Royal Mail for the last leg. Took 12 days to get here, by which time it is useless!

The product is of very poor quality- looks nothing like what is advertised!

I had no response from customer service the whole time. They’re also spamming my email despite opting out.

They’re a disgrace of a company! Do not buy anything from lovebyletterbox!!

It’s an absolute Scam, everything that’s on this website is being actually sold on AliExpress. What these guys do is charge you £50 for something you could do yourself at the cost of £10. The premise and assumption is that they have the items available to ship out to you immediately but what’s really happening is after you make the payment, they order everything from that website based in China and all your items are shipped from there. Absolute joke of a company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IM STILL WAITING 2 weeks later my item had been dispatched has no update after the 2 weeks I’ve been told I have to wait another 7-10 days if I want a refund I have to wait till it gets back to them an then they will process it! Absolutely ridiculous would definitely not order again can get much better quality and delivery from Amazon IVE ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME BUT IVE GOT NOTHING

I have used this company eight times now to order personalised canvases to paint after a recommendation from a friend. Having finished two of them myself (as the rest were gifts) and I think that the end result of the product is fantastic.
They do come from China, and so it is useful to just plan that in for when you need them- but they have only ever taken a few weeks for me to receive.
For the price these are excellent and I would definitely recommend them, as I will be ordering more myself in the future.

I have just received my canvas, which was ordered as a gift for someone.

I am totally disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the item, which has a bend in the canvas due to the poor packaging.

It did not come in a box or any kind of sturdy packing, just a bubble envelope.

I was waiting for it to arrive as I was going to order 2 more if the quality was good as it was an unusual gift.

Definitely will not order from them again.

I have been requested to remove the Company Director's name from this review, which I have done today19.01.22, trustpilot emailed me and said ' if we don’t hear from you, we’ll unfortunately have to move your review offline. It won’t be deleted, but it’ll stay offline until you get back to us'.

Took me ages to get my refund. Goods were not as advertised!
