Another one scammed here, I’ll never see my money.. withdrawal two months ago, lesson learned. Please check reviews before depositing.

Put a withdrawal in over a year ago. Got cancelled after 3 months so put in withdrawal agian. Still pending 1 year on. All the say is take 7 to 21 days. Do they mean months or even possibly years.

No withdrwal paid out after 16 weeks totally ignored my emails. Went to log into my account today to c if anything updated and totally blocked my account

I was a bit annoyed at the waiting time I thought I wasnt going to get paid out after waiting 21 days I finally got 1000 British pounds.21 days is a long time to wait even though it does state its 7 to 21 days you don't expect it to take that long after reading all the negative comments about the site I give up then boom there it was in my bank account fingers crossed I hope everyone else does get there payout its just a waiting game.

I made a withdrawal for £130 on 13th August and I’m still waiting . Keep getting fobbed off with the same excuse . I think they want me to forget about my money so they don’t have to pay out . Absolutely terrible .

I've been waiting 43 days for my monwy now and all I get told is thu got a sudden large number of withdrawels and nit enough staff this is a joke as I had won 1950which is a lot and I'm still waiting

Well not for this company I submitted a withdraw request on the 16th of August and was told maximum 21 working days . Still nothing to show 24 working days later other than the request is still being processed.

Im not sure how this site keeps customers but once I get my money I'll no longer be one

If I could give zero it would be, my sister has made a withdrawal of 1950 and they are not even processing it the excuse they say is they are doing checks, it has been over 10 days since she withdrew the money and same excuse. They take your money quickly when depositing but not when you want it back out. We have emailed the manager and no reply at all. This is not good enough in terms of customer service, they are rude to you and just close the chat if you question anything they say. DO NOT PLAY!

Please do not sign up, you cannot get them to remove or close your account, you get non stop texts from other sites

Can’t fault them they are the only ones that actually pay the winnings. I’ve had a 4k win a few 2k wins and smaller ones to always in the day after.

I used to hate this casino I lost so much money but then I thought I would give it another shot,don’t know if I was having bad luck at the time but it’s got better had some good wins withdrawals are a little bit slower than some of my sites but a day or two I can put up with,and when you do lose a bit you get cash back,so hopefully my luck has changed

Hello this site do payments usually next day sometime a couple days but it’s scammers and thieves.All the time if you spend that day 100 they give you about 90 back if you not withdraw its takes in to pot they count all together what you lost in all time they gonna give big pot but not all what you lost. So they always playing from your money and you think they are give you profit , not at all .only in begging they give you profit and it makes believing Of you it will carry on, usually it takes time to get something, don’t play it , it just eat money no fun , chat workers rud ,if your chat blocked just change your vnp Or connect from other country they block your IP, so good luck:)

The WORST company I have ever had the pleasure of wasting £10,000. The loyalty is terrible and have NEVER successfully withdrawn a penny. Please do not deposit a penny here, they are a total scam!! The live chat cut you off all the time, you never get an answer to anything. I also believe they are not licenced in the uk.
