DISGUSTING
Worst site I've ever been on! Full fake profiles! Automated messages although they deny this, also sign me up for maturedating.com site wouldn't allow me to cancel after 3 day trial and got charged for both sites..

Absolute scam! These and Cupid. Both have taken over £80 of unauthorised fees. Anyone know how to report them? Never even heard of this company and they have taken money from me: credit card details passed to them from Cupid. Awful awful awful do not use Cupid or love chemistry
SCAM! They took money out of my account without my consent. They say on their site that a full refund is given if you are not happy with their site. But now they are refusing to give that refund when I told them I am not happy with their site and have just taken any other payment out of my account. Don't know what this is for but the last one taken was only 2 days ago! I will be reporting them if they don't sort this out immediately and refund me both payments.
I got into this stupid website after I signed up in Cupid. I never accepted their terms and conditions and never gave Lovechemistry my bank account information. I signed up for a 1-week membership in Cupid and they shared my card information with Lovechemistry without my consent, or at least I did not noticed it. I called Cupid customer service and they said "based on their T&Cs there is an obligatory payment after blabla". I paid for my 1-week membership on January 11th and wanted to cancel my membership on January 18th as both the websites were HORRIBLE and totally fake. I was charged £41.26 on January 15th BEFORE the end of my 1-week membership. AND while they send all the emails from their lovely members all wanting to talk with me, they did not send an email to warn me of this payment. I contacted the customer service and they did not refund my money, instead they offered a 1-month free to use their useless site.
