Amazing customer service!
Ordered a couple of bags as a treat for my husband as we love their coffee served at 'The Feed Station' coffee shop in Merriott. Evri lost the parcel, I contacted Carwardine and got an immediate response. When Evri did not get back to them they said they would send more immediately. It was hand delivered the next morning by a colleague in the area. Enjoying my latte as I write, all superb and highly recommended.

Really good decaf
Just got round to trying the Mountain Water Decaf Espresso and it’s extremely good. Nice dark, fresh smelling beans, I use an Aeropress and the result was a good full flavoured tasty coffee with hints of chocolate.
Looking forward to the other 2 decafs I ordered
