I had never received my product or refund. After I contacted them I was told a new one would be printed but it never happened.

Great simple product for a necessary occassion.

The book came out great! I made it for my granddaughter for Christmas and since I live thousands of miles away she'll love it and cashing in on them when I visit.

I’ve been using love coups for years. My husband is a minimalist so it is hard to get him gifts. This is the perfect solution. They have a ton of images to choose from and can edit the coupons to your liking.

I placed an order to Kimberly ID, I typed in my address (a latitude and longitude address might I mind you) your website automatically changed my address to a non lat/long address, when it was supposed to be delivered it said my address was not found and it was sent back to your facility across the country, yet I was not notified that you were unable to find my address and not notified that it was sent back! Now I’m out my money and I didn’t get my order

Got an email saying printer is broken, they can't fullfil the order and will refund my payment. Nothing refunded about a week now. Poor experience and perfect gift idea fell through

I actually used your custom coupon book as a gift for my niece, and it did well. But it would be GREAT if you actually had child to/from adult relative/ mentor options in your customization features (or even a child to child option). Such as a child body size option in the characters. And this could open up even more coupon event options too. Either way, I'm very happy with my coupon book and will likely use again for my niece.

I’ve bought love coupons before, but never something this unique and customizable. So many options for events and special moments to choose from. My husband was so surprised and impressed from this “just because” gift. He was so happy I made duplicates of his favorite coupons, too. I have been looking for a customizable coupon book to give my senior disabled mom, and couldn't be more happy that I found LoveCoups.com! The customizable avatars are perfect, even down to the eye patch that my mom wears. It was great to have a wide variety of predesigned coupons ranging from fun activities, chores, and quality family time. The product shipped quickly and is high quality. I can't wait to give this to my mom! Knowing that little things like doing her laundry are far more valuable than any big-ticket item I could gift, I am sure she will love it!

I would suggest having a create your own feature where you can move some elements around on the coupon pages as well, but it’s such a unique idea!
