I received my order in very poor quality, and on top of that, there was a clear mistake made by the company on the product. Instead of taking responsibility, customer service hid behind their “policy” and asked me to pay for return shipping for their own error.
I’m not even in the UK at the moment, and still they insisted I return the item at my own expense just to get a refund. Completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and unreasonable service.

Fake company, steals your money

Love the product. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive (was told 6-8 working days on my order confirmation) and the reply from customer services was slow but I did receive a reply. Item was exactly as ordered and customised as requested. Can't fault the product. Perhaps just need to find a new carrier and try to reply to customers a little quicker but overall very happy with the product.

Takes your money, doesn’t produce the product, you email them they don’t get back to you or have a number to call. Very very bad.
