Same issues as others on here - order processed and sent automated emails but did not receive it and had no reply to my email or messages on socials. Pretty poor as had ordered previously and had a good experience!

Avoid.
Ordered 2 birthday interview books for 1st birthdays. Did not arrive and no contact back on website, email or instagram for a week. Eventually got a response and she told me she would send replacements tracked. These have not arrived either and I have not been sent a tracking order so will now pursue a refund through PayPal. Poor customer service.

Well lesson learned, I should have checked here first. I thought i had, never mind. DO NOT ORDER. Exactly like others the product hasn't arrived, there has been no response from my emails chasing up the order. Now 5 weeks after the order I am contacting my bank to do a payment recall. I notice from social media that comments are turned off, hmmm I wonder why. Too many public complaints??

Ordered in may, got a dispatch notification and nothing arrived. All communication attempts ignored, my partner contacted on social media and she said she would resend but never did. Shame really as I was a returning customer
