Hello everybody! First of all I would like to thank Graham and his team along with the WM factory for putting their efforts into building and sending me this wonderful doll! Everything started a month or so ago when I decided to purchase a doll through Lovedoll UK and it was a beautiful journey, ended in total success and happiness. I ordered the WM 156 H cup doll with the WM#126 Head and several builder options that you can see on their site at factory pics. My doll was manufactured exactly the way I wanted and exceeded all my expectations far more! It was also build fast, received the factory pics after 4 weeks or so and also the shipment was pretty fast and with no incidents, so from the ordering the doll on the 10th of February I received it on the 18th of March, pretty fast. Opening the package was an absolute amazing experience and seing and touching the actual doll was incredible...She looks more gorgeous even than in the pictures and feels amazing...she is perfect! Thank you again Graham for everything and I would like to recommend your service and site to everyone out there who want to get a genuine doll with no hastle. Be aware costumers, there are a lot of fake companies out there but Lovedoll UK is the real deal and gives you only what is best and genuine! All the best wishes, kind regards, Cris!

I am surprised myself how my 5 star rating has changed to 1 star to this horrendous service. The company, ahem, I mean the GUY (the ONLY person working there) keeps good dolls but much much expensive compared to the other websites. I bought a doll sometime last November after being in conversations with the owner. After almost a year i put my faith in Graham (the owner) and I spent a lot of money on the doll. The updates were really good and the delivery was really fast. I was really impressed, until I actually opened the package...There was only 1 head with the doll when the website promised there will be an extra one. And to make matters worse, the only head that I got was damaged, the screws were of some different doll so I couldn't get it to fit. First he ignored my emails for a whole week, from 2 different emails...The when I opened a dispute through paypal, VOILA, Mr Graham immediately contacts me and tries to be very very nice. He gave me an excuse that he uses some email system which was sending my emails to the junk. Yeah right! Lame excuse Graham, how the hell your system ignores TWO totally different email addresses but pick them up right after I open a dispute on Paypal. He promised to send me the correct screws for the head and the extra head as well but after Christmas as we were approaching that time since he kept on ignoring my emails. So I cancelled the dispute putting my faith in hin again. Oh so wrong was I. He has been ignoring me since Christmas. Sent me a fake email in January that a head is being posted. Since that day until today, 17th March 2020, I have sent him a number of emails and he again ignores me.

I am really sad about this. My only advice to you Graham is that please stop lying to people and if you can't run a business by yourself, for god's sake hire someone, there is plenty of cheap labour around if you can't get a penny out of your pocket. I wish you co-opearted with me and this review could have been a lot different, but you choose to be a nasty lier and I think you should be really really ashamed of yourself because you not only lost me as a customer but a potential 6-8 of my friends were interested whom now I have told that this is a fake site and just rips you off.
Enjoy fobbing off other people with their hard worked money. Disgusting customer service, poor company.

I ordered two items from you recently. Both turned up on time. To be honest though, I still haven't managed to get the glue to mend some holes on one of the fingers, despite watching your video!

As a service, Lovedoll.UK was better than I expected - not to say I was expecting trash or anything. My Valentina was in "processing" for about a month or so, and I got worried. I sent an email asking about it and one day later the status changed to "complete". I asked could I get a tracking number - wasn't sure if "complete" meant delivered to these guys - and within two days a guy sent me the number. Like I said, I wasn't expecting trash but I wasn't expecting such fast response after a month of nothing. If I purchase something else, these guys earned my trust.

Fantastic product. Highly recommended. Great feedback from the team and although it says that the delivery is anywhere between 3 and 5 weeks mine took 19 days.
