Don't waste your money

Flowers did not come as the photo half the flowers hadn't blossomed while the roses had and by the time the flowers opened the roses had died. This was meant to be a gift.

They don't know how to put flowers together, they should be beautiful and colourful when you receive them as they advertise but the outcome was a disappointment.

The cost was not worth it! Waste of money.

Less than Zero

Please avoid this website. I ordered the deluxe bouquet for £59 and was mostly a bunch of tulips and a few other stems that I could have got for less than £15 from Aldi. Flowers sent were nothing remotely like the advertised picture. Customer service were obnoxious when I tried to raise the issue and have had to go through my credit card provider to claim a refund. Shocking they are allowed to be in business.

Beautiful flowers for funeral

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wanted a coffin spray for my mother’s funeral and sent a picture from the internet of the kind of flowers I imagined. The spray was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I’d hoped for, we were delighted. It was a pleasure dealing with Love Flowers. Coincidentally my cousin ordered a wreath too and it comprised equally beautiful fresh flowers. Very happy with Love Flowers service

Horrendous service

Horrendous service. Do not waste your money here! I never write negative reviews.. However I spent £60 on flowers for Mother’s Day. They were the most awful measly bouquet I have ever purchased, I can only describe them as a few weeds thrown together. As if this wasn’t bad enough, when my elderly mother phoned to express her disappointment, the ‘gentleman’ who took the phone call was utterly rude and slammed the phone down mid conversation…What dreadful customer service, stick to ‘Jane maples’ far better quality and service.

Rude,pompous and arrogant.

Rude, pompous and arrogant. The girls working in there were extremely helpful and their work was faultless. However the guy behind the till who I assume was the owner was very unwelcoming and wasn't even courteous enough to say thank you or goodbye as we left just wanted our money.Very rude in my opinion to say the least.
