Great company, I’ve purchased a few items of clothing now and they have all been good quality. Customer service is also brilliant, the only time a returned an item (wrong size my fault) I actually got to speak to someone who sorted the whole thing out quickly. I can’t fault them and hope they do well.

I have to share what I think was an outstanding level of customer service from LFC. I had some trouble making an order due to my inability to work my phone ! The guys at LFC took me through it step by step. The order was made but I managed to mess up the 10% discount promotion. LFC got in touch and refunded me the discount on my order.

Later on I got further brilliant service as one the team noticed from my order history I had ordered varying sizes over the years. They wanted to ensure I had ordered correctly (4 polo tshirts). I got a great email explaining how to measure myself to ensure the items would fit. I was pretty confident I had chosen well but to help me out they have sent me a shirt to try on for size. If that works out my original order will then be completed accordingly. Absolutely amazing care and attention. Thank you so much.

Just received the Ecru t-shirt of the liverbird with scarf on the chest,it's absolute class. I've been buying off these guys for years now and I'd say this is up there as my favourite purchase. Would like them to do the same print but smaller ( Ralph Lauren logo size) and on a white t-shirt aswel
