Your order was originally shipped via next-day recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon receipt to ensure it reaches you safely. This delivery option was later changed by the customer directly with the courier to “leave in a safe place.”
When this option is selected, the courier asks the recipient to agree that the parcel can be left without a signature and that responsibility passes over once it has been delivered. In this case, the parcel was delivered as requested, however, it appears it may have unfortunately been taken by a third party.
We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be and we’re very sorry for the situation. Unfortunately, as the delivery preference was updated directly with the courier under their terms, they are unable to accept liability in this instance.
This is also why we send all parcels via recorded delivery by default, although any changes made directly with the courier are outside of our control.
We truly regret the outcome and appreciate your understanding.

I cannot recommend love for sleep highly enough. Bought a cot bed over 2 years ago. Contacted them today to enquire about the sides the newer version now has and they could not be more helpful!!

I got gifted a crib by my friend and some of the screws were missing, they sent me out the parts I needed next day, aswell as a PDF of the manual, their customer service really is above and beyond!

Upon discovering it on 23 October, we promptly replied to your email and shipped the missing screws via next-day delivery at no additional cost. The screws were delivered on Friday, 25 October.

Love the 2 Jacob cot beds I bought for…
Love the 2 Jacob cot beds I bought for my twin grandsons. A bit fiddly to put the first one together but the 2nd one was a breeze as we knew what we were doing by then😂😂. Delivery was super fast (next day). I would highly recommend and would buy from them again in the future.

Super helpful customer service.
Love for sleep where fantastic when I contacted them about one of their beds I bought second hand. It was missing a couple of nuts and bolts (I bought it flat pack) so I contacted them to ask if I could buy replacements. Even though they hadn’t sold me the bed, they still sent me the correct nuts and bolts free of charge by next day delivery post. They didn’t need to do that. I was impressed.

I contacted the company because unfortunately after 4 years the wooden base of my son's cot broke.
I contacted them to buy it back and instead, to my great surprise, they replied that they would send it back to me without paying anything!! It arrived today, intact and after only a week of waiting. A truly serious company, congratulations!!

Fast delivery, nice little cot
Fast delivery. The product is fine, however it has a strong painted wood smell, hopefully this will go over time. We tried to use the QR code to get instructions but the link didn’t work. However the instructions included were fine - only thing is the pieces weren’t actually labelled as the instructions indicated but we worked it out.
Bought the cot for our 8 month old as she decided to start sitting and pulling herself up. The cot fits comfortable in our room as we haven’t moved her out yet. Our baby likes the cot and the drawer underneath is handy for spare sheets/blankets etc.

I bought a cot back in 2017 and needed…
I bought a cot back in 2017 and needed to reassemble again in 2024 but could not find any of the fittings. I contacted the company to enquire about ordering a new set of fittings and to my surprise they swiftly responded and sent out the fittings for free. I didn't even need to pay for the postage! The cot has now been fixed and back in use 7 years later. This not only shows the quality of their products but also the great value they have for their customers. Thanks again Love For Sleep.

Excellent communication, item was out of stock, emailed them and they contacted us to tell us it was back in stock even on the weekend. Ordered straightaway and it arrived the next day. Was kept up to date on delivery status. We put the cot together, easy instructions and looked like great quality!
