I’ve been using them for years and I’ve had good experiences until this time. I have the subscription for every three months and my order has been “under review” and not shipped for 10 days although they say it takes 2-3 days to ship. It would be fine if customer service responded to my inquiries, which they have not. A simple “we’re backed up” or “we’ll get back to you shortly” would work but silence for a customer (especially one that that's given them thousands of dollars over the years) is just unprofessional. I don't want to look for a new skin care company but I might have to if this isn't resolved and I have to dispute the charge…

Technology gets here too. The statement that their AI assistant could detect my skin type, was like, are you serious? I guess for this super innovation, they charge such prices or it’s smth else/

Okay I am not usually into this kind of stuff, like I only do soap and water and this is it, my skincare routine. Though my skin got super worse for the last couple of month so I decided to give this a spin, and you know what, not bad at all. I like that this is personalized and not like whole basic thing that you would advice to everyone, and their sets are really great for reviving the skin and making it look healthy again.
The drawback is the price, of course, costs a bit much, the set is not that affordable to use on the regular, maybe using only when you have problems is a good idea.

I didn't really like creams and other face lifting and skin care cosmetics from this place, to be honest.

I ordered several steps, day'n'night one and a couple of ones more with different emulsions and so on and so forth. I just wanted to test them but they didn't suit my skin at all. Got some acne the next day after using the cream.
The delivery was fast and prices are fine, but quality - meh. Not my type of cosmetics at all, so I wi;ll shop at another place. Bad experience is also experience.

Ordered here must-have essentials, this was the set that includes toner, sunscreen, eye serum and zit patches. It's quite a cheap one. I wanna take care of my skin so I am ready to buy whatever is cheap and quality.
I read some reviews, people say that this kit is one of the most quality. So, as for the website, then nothing wrong is with it. Delivery is timely, products aren'y damaged, packages neither. So I can recommend this platform for people.

It's quite an interesting platform for those taking care of the skin. I have troubles with my face, the skin is awful and it was cool that I could just upload an image and the AI or smth defined what troubles I had and gave personal recommendations.
Day & Night pack that included a variety of different creams and serums for skin care turned out to be the best thing I've ever ordered for my skin. Of course delivery wasn't very fast but it's okay for me I was ready to wait for a while.

Nice shop of different stuff for taking care of my skin. It's a naughty one, I mean, it's very tough to take care of it for me so I am forced to buy different creams from various brands over and over again, because one causes acne, another one - skin irritation.
These ones so far are good enough. I use night cream and day one, on a daily basis, no acne or irritation, the skin shines and I am looking younger, I hope :D
In any case, thank you, I guess I will shop here more, maybe i will even acquire some full-fledged kits.

My overall experience has been great with Yours. It was easy to get it all setup and after several months of using it, my skin has finally cleared up. Previous attempts to clear it up simply didnt work but Yours did.

It was concerning that only a limited #of products were actually custom. I found them drying. The cloud cleanser especially. But that's not a deal breaker.

What was was the aggressive subscription pushing. I tried this line and decided I liked my previous better. They promised several times to cancel but didn't. I had to set the payment to PayPal and block the vendor from being paid there. Then the subscription showed.

last year i took a chance on this brand and bought it, NO regrets. love the formula and my skin has never been better.
my fav is the brightening eye serum and the patches, so supportive especially when dealing with hormonal acne!

Packaging and shipping was great, fast and reliable. That is the only thing that I have positive to say about my experience with this company.
I went through the selfie assessment and I got assigned the Day and Night Serums, plus the Day and Night Creams. My skin reacted negatively to the products producing a dry and burning sensation. Red bumps appeared in different areas including my forehead, upper nose area, around my lips, and cheeks. I contacted the support team over email and they have not been of great help either. They asked me to do the patch test with the serums on the inner part of my elbow, the idea is to see if I am allergic to some of the compounds and if so to reformulate the products. Also, they try to act like is not a big deal by saying that the "skin is purging." I am 34 years old, I take my pride on being conscious about my body and I can tell my skin is simply not happy. As soon as I stopped using their products, my facial skin went back to normal hydration and feeling good. In order to comply and follow their instructions, I tried the patch analysis they suggested on the email and nothing has happened, I have contacted back the support team and they ignored one of my previous messages by trying to close the case and leave the problem as it is. At this point, I don't want any new products, I do not trust the brand, and I simply want a refund. How can they improve?? If this brand takes pride on being so great, I think they should be able to provide a guarantee that if products don't work, they will return the customer's money. This has not been my experience. In fact, I feel like they are giving me the run around and trying to ignore me. Honestly, if you read me, don't buy this product.

I've been using YOURS for 2 years now and I've never looked back. I tried all kinds of facial products, (including those 12-steps kind), but this has been the one that I have stuck the longest to. Not complicated with not too many product, YOURS meet my skin demands without all those nasties which I love. :)

LOVE these products! Not only do they make my skin so soft, but the redness in my face has reduced a good bit. I have been using less than a month but I’m already impressed with the difference. Also, their customer service is phenomenal. I have been emailed several times just to check in.

I'm thoroughly enjoying these products and the customer service, so far!! I wish I could adjust my routine more directly, but Audrey fixed it up for me really quickly, and was super helpful.

My biggest concern with skincare is always finding a routine. It's difficult for me to stick to a skincare routine, but these feel sooooooo good, and they look good too! Lol So I'm like excited to use them every day.

Absolutely worth trying Yours!!

Have been my go-to skin care for a few months!! My skin is super sensitive to most skin care but because of most of their products do not use strong active ingredients, it works great for my skin!!! My skin has been looking it’s best since I’ve used yours products! Customer service is 10/10 too - highly recommend it!!

This product is spectacular! With my sensitive skin I have had problems with almost every brand I tried. Either not working or causing breakouts or ever allergic reactions. But this brand has left my skin feeling softer and clearer than ever! I am so glad I decided to buy my customised kit. It is worth every cent.

Loved using the personalised night cream!
It's suitable for my sensitive and acne prone skin, I wake up the next day feeling a change in the quality of my skin as well, less greasy and tighter.

I reacted horribly to these products. The company tried to tell me it was just my skin “purging” which I understand can happen but it is not what was happening in my case. I have been using high end skin care for decades and thought I would take a chance on a product a bit more cost effective; however it was absolutely not worth it. Redness, inflammation and breakouts in otherwise healthy skin is an adverse reaction and not a sign that the “product is working” as the company tried to have me believe.
I sent the company photos of my reaction and detailed it in writing; eventually and after some confusion I received a refund.
I say confusion because it was not until I left a review that the company emailed me to let me know they had in fact refunded my purchase. Admittedly I had failed to see the purchase price had been refunded; however I had not been looking for it on my account as every email from the company up until the one following my review made no mention of an intent to offer a refund.
After I posted my review I received an exceptionally condescending email from the company urging me to remove my review as it could be damaging to their “small company”….In this same email however they stated “ You can read a lot more about me and the efforts I had put in to build Yours here- Sydney Morning Herald News, TechinAsia, Thrive Global, Marketing in Asia, and many more. We are also backed by globally reputed investors like Sequoia and celebrity Jay-Z, ”…….not exactly consistent with a “small business” which could be harmed by one unfavourable review.
I am making this edit to my original review following the SECOND email the company sent to me urging me to take the original review down.
In fairness to the company I am more than happy to amend the details and confirm they did in fact offer a refund. As for my experience of their product; I have no intention of removing my review or lying about my experience no matter how many emails the company send me. The whole point of online reviews is to give other consumers honest feedback so they can make an informed decision. I understand why a company would reach out to a customer and try to make things right; that’s admirable and good business; but sending numerous emails asking for a negative review to be removed is bullying.
