Really good customer service in dealing with our order and then excellent support in helping deal with the delivery especially considering the delays caused at our end by a delayed house move. Very poor service online. When asking questions about delivery I was told to visit the store. I asked where the stores were and I got a message just saying 'website'. Obviously this person was off the customer service training was given. I won't be buying from this company. And their website is defunk.

Great company and furniture, very flexible as we were moving and couldn’t take immediate delivery. Great communication and bed, bedsides and dressing table fantastic quality. Would def use again.

I took a risk and it paid off! I wanted to buy a wooden bed and side tables for my bedroom and conducted weeks of window shopping both online and in store. Most beds in the UK are upholstered, so it was difficult to find something stylish. I came across Love Home Living via TikTok and really loved the look of the bed in another customers video. I was apprehensive about purchasing furniture sight unseen, but they have a 2 week 'no questions asked' return policy which reassured me. I opted for the white glove service, which meant the delivery men delivered the furniture to my room of choice and assembled the bed for me. I purchased the Frank Hudson weathered cane bed + 2 side tables. I also purchased the matching chest of drawers. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and it looks so aesthetic. It only took 10 days from the day I ordered to delivery which was much sooner than the 2-3 week window I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The customer service is also great, and I can tell the furniture will last me many years. If you're thinking about purchasing from Love Home Living, I'd highly recommend them!

Absolutely love our sleigh bed. It was very well packaged and a good, solid bed which looks stunning. I live in the Outer Hebrides, so it’s a bit more of a challenge having large items delivered here. Danny took the trouble to find out how much extra delivery would be (most places won’t bother). He kept me up to date with the delivery and was a true professional at all times. Great customer service and a fantastic product, I would highly recommend.

Finally, an independent company that offers customer service like John Lewis! Danny at Love Home Living is professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

Gina was really quick in responding to my emails and the Superking Carmen bed we decided on was one of our best purchases ever being really, really well made and of such solid construction. It looks fabulous. All in all a great product from a v helpful Gina!

I am so happy with my new sofa. The ordering and delivery were easy and efficient. I was sent a swatch to see and feel the fabric. It arrived in several pieces (I have a narrow hallway!) and was delivered straight to the room. It was very easy to assemble. It feels and looks to be of excellent quality. I may have to go back for more!

Great customer service and communication, and lots of patience when I asked various questions. I ordered a bed last year and the whole process was made very easy, it arrived as expected and its very beautiful and accurately photographed on their website. A year on, the bed still looks and feels great.

Customer service from this company was excellent, I was kept informed through the whole process. I would definitely buy from them again. Living in N.I it’s been very difficult to get goods delivered at the moment but Love Home Living organised delivery straight to my door without any hassle at all. We are delighted with our purchase.

Both Gina and Sacha were brilliant the whole way through. I had carried out research on the wardrobes we wanted and looked at all stockists. Contacted three different ones asking for a wood sample to match our bed. Only Love home Living responded and I received the wood sample in a few days! They also priced matched a competitor which was brilliant because I still would have brought from them as I already trusted them and the service I received had been brilliant. The delivery guy was really lovely too, polite and helpful. Sacha has already followed up asking if I am pleased with the wardrobes. Just lovely people, we will always support the small businesses, the customer service and care you get is second to none. Thanks Sacha and Gina :)
