Malfunctioned/nonworking toy
The item I ordered did not work. Lovehoney did what they could to try and troubleshoot it, but it still failed to work. Disappointed in their quality control, but they did make the situation right by offering a substitute or my money back.

GREAT SELECTION, FAST DELIVERY
I had searched several site and yours was the only one I found with just what I was looking for, a plain sheaths ribbed for feeling. Price was reasonable and delivery fast...plus a really good selection of other items for the future!

Useless
I placed three orders with this company, they use Evri for delivery.
The third order was delayed twice with Evri, I tried to contact Lovehoney, but the page for customer service page didn't work, then its a useless bot. Obviosly they don't want to talk with there customers when they have taken their money.
Then they expected me to knock on doors up the street asking if anyone had the parcel. Why should I have to do this - it's their problem, they shold sort it out.

FELT CHEATED
Don’t be distracted or rushed by their timer on their site.
It showed 10 minutes and immediately began counting down. It stated if you order within 10 minutes, guaranteed next day delivery. I rushed my order due to this to get next day delivery and therefore never saw that it cost £7.99 for that service, without the timer.
Therefore my product will now arrive in SIX days.
Deceptive marketing. Item cost £145.

The countdown timer for the Premium delivery cut off on the site does state "Want this (next day)? Choose Premium in the checkout and order within (timeframe)".
The premium next-day delivery service is not a free service, and this is stated at checkout and on the delivery page.
As the premium service is a paid-for service, this needs to be selected at checkout, where all of the delivery options are laid out.

Wrong item delivered. They wouldn't help
Well first they sent me the wrong item. I spent 70 dollars and they sent me like a 10 dollar item from there store. Had the wrong shipping. Said it was delivered and also said it was the right item which I know what I spent and know what I spent it on cuz I have the shipping and picture of the item in my inbox. I emailed them. They pretty much said go find it in the neighborhood which is what I tried the first day. For a first time buyer im pretty pissed this is how they would treat me. I should of stopped local as all these stores just want ur money and don't give a shit about anything else. Thanks for wasting my money and time.
