Over the past 4–5 years, I’ve consistently used various products from Love Life Supplements, and I’ve noticed a genuine difference in my health and wellbeing. Some of the products I regularly purchase (either from their website or Amazon—whichever offers the better deal) include:
• Magnesium Bisglycinate – significantly improved my deep sleep duration.
• Multispore Plus – helped me tolerate different foods while traveling abroad.
• Electrolytes – earned my complete trust in the brand due to their consistent quality.

I also use their Activated Charcoal whenever I’ve had too much junk food or alcohol, and it’s proven quite effective.

Most recently, I purchased their Shilajit tablets. I opted for this product because I found the paste form from another brand hard to consume. The tablet form is much more convenient, and given my positive experience with Love Life Supplements, I’m optimistic. It’s still early to fully evaluate its effectiveness, but I’ll update my feedback once I’ve used it for a while.

Overall, Love Life Supplements is one of my most trusted UK-based brands, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others. My only consistent complaint is the pricing—it’s on the higher side.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery

I have been trying to supplement with Shilajit for some time now
And spent a lot of money on various products - I’ve attempted to use the resin but could never stomach the smell or taste 🤢
I was so delighted to see that Love Life Supplements had bought these capsules into their product range as I’ve used many of their other supplements and always been impressed with their product ethos and values and also the results I get from them

I have been using their shilajit now for nearly a month and I can really feel the difference
Being peri menopausal and also having low iron - I struggle daily with my energy levels and I have noticed a vast improvement in not only my energy but also my mental clarity especially in the afternoons when I normally take a nose dive

I also have 2 adult sons one who is a professional boxer and the other a bodybuilder and they both have said they can feel an extra boost while training and in their recovery since adding these into their supplements stack

Was so excited to try these Shilajit capsules from LLS’s. I started with one capsule but unfortunately being quite sensitive,I experienced a bad two day headache. I stopped taking for a few days and started again by emptying a capsule and halving the dose.
I was a little nervous but ,after a week or so I was able to take a full capsule. Ive noticed my energy levels rise and the usual early evening brain fog not as annoying.
Looking forward to seeing additional benefits as time goes on.

I have been using Love Life Supplements for many years and all there products are good quality and free from any bulking agents. You can buy theee products on there website or on Amazon. My favourite is the Calm for sleeping , Electrolytes for after gym and in addition there other regular supplements

Previously my cycle workouts used to tail off after 45 minutes. Since taking 2 Love Life Shilajit cap.s a-day, I can now maintain my power output for up to an hour.

I've never tried any natural testosterone boosters before so I thought I'd give this a go to see if it can help my performance in the gym. I usually take it in the morning or before a gym session, and I can definitely feel a difference in my gym performance. I beat a few PB's which I was struggling with and can say my energy levels feel better too!

Great to be able to buy creatine from a supplier I know. So much fake stuff out there online.

I contacted them by email about product availability and didn’t hear anything for over a week — so I originally thought they don’t offer proper customer support.

It’s a great product , healthy ingredients and fast service

I love the green powder and use it every day. You can tell the quality by the ingredients, texture, consistency and taste. One of those products on the market you know can be trusted to deliver real nutritional benefit.
