This company takes way too long to ship your order. Expect to wait a month or longer. Quality clothes are cheap at that. Not like you’re waiting for something expensive. It’s not worth ordering if you can’t receive your item in a timely manner.

Hi back in April I wrote my experience because I never received my orders. Well update I just received my orders in June. They email me saying if you have a large orders meaning buy $200 or more it will take longer and I only was receiving 3 of my orders in April and the rest in June. Please if you having any bad experience with this company email them every week if you have to. You will get a response but if you not getting orders keep on email them and give your order number & month and day you order. I know this is lot but hey you spend your money and you need purchase

This company deserves no stars I ordered my package back in March and they keep lying about it’s on it’s way. I think they should be shut down and given people refunds . Even when you email them it’s the same lie. We will track your package or package is on the way. Please give me my money back and stop stealing peoples money. I work hard for my money. And this company is sorry I am telling everyone do not buy from them .

I placed an order on May 18, 2020 and paid through PayPal. I never received my order as of this day June 22, 2020. I have sent an email and got a response asking me to be patient due to a big boom in business as of April. I also tried to submit several tickets and was unable to send it due to ticket submission congestions. As of yet have not been able to successfully submit a ticket.

Does anyone know where I can file a complaint on Lovelywholesale?

HERE IS AN UPDATE: Hello everyone, so here is another update. So lovelywholesale got back to me and told me my shipment is on its way to the next station. so of course i checked and checked and checked, i put it in fed ex, usps, ups, dhl, i checked them all i found nothing. and of course lovely wholesale takes forever to get back to you, and so when they finally did this is what they said,

I just contacted the shipping company and got feedback that your package is in transit, it's not lost. Please don't be worried.Due to shipping delay, the updates of tracking information will also be put off. As soon as package arrives in your destination country, tracking information will be updated immediately.After checking with shipping company, you can track package aftter 3-7 working days. If still no updates by that time, please contact us again, we will double check for you.

after i read this i was so mad so i got back to them again and told them to send me a refund because this is ridiculous i ordered since april 23 2020 and its june and i still don't have a package so this is what they sent me a week later.

okay... so i was fed up i just figured it will arrive in a few years or i will just file something after a long period of time even though this was long enough, i even told them i ordered things from china and got them before your items SMH.
On june 19th 2020 i received my package i was so shocked i was so scared to open it, when i finally opened it i was UPSET! things i ordered was not in the package they sent 3 things that were wrong of course i had to message them OH BOY they are going to take forever to get back to me but they actual did a few hours later this is what they sent me:

I said to myself what in the world are these people talking about, this is what i sent them because i was so upset:Oh brother you people can’t get anything right I will never refer anyone to you people I received the wrong items in my package after waiting 3 months for these horrible cheaply made clothes this is just so sad that my first time ordering from you and you treat your customers like this I don’t want any of these clothes I want a full refund or I will be reporting you and you can have these cheap looking clothes and the wrong clothes you sent and I will be leaving reviews on any review site I can about you people, because no one should be teated like this. so who knows if i will get my money back also the clothes are not all of that its made cheaply but what do you expect with the prices they sell for i just wanted to add that for you guys.

where my order i order may 13 and have not got my order and i have a track number and it do not work and i need to no where my order at

This is an honest review. I placed my order early April and it took exactly 1 month to receive it. I did have a 2nd order which was received within 2 weeks. If you order a large order and qualify for free shipping that order will take forever to receive. The items are cheaply made but cute. I did like most of what I ordered. I had 1 item ship from elsewhere and did not arrive with my other items. The customer service isn’t great. The items are not true to size check the size chart on every item. I had to keep emailing them to get a tracking number and almost thought I had to open a case with PayPal. I did order during Covid Pandemic which I understand there’s a delay on shipping. They get 2 stars because eventually I did receive my order with all my items. The overall experience was horrible.

I place my order may 6 the tracking number I got says it w the post office in Cali try to search USPS with your tracking number and see what happens delivery says 10-25 days so I'll keep y'all upiif I receive it

I'm about to hit up every person that I believe have some affiliation with site. Yeah one thing these ppl can get right is that we are in a Pandemic.Further reason why NOT to MESS with folks and skyrocket the shipping for NO apparent reason because my stuff is still delayed working on a month later.

Where is my order scammers?! Or my money?!

I still haven't receive my order package I purchased on April 03,2020. Tried contacting company but no response to my concerns. I find it very irritating that they choose to send me offers on % sales but can't respond to my msg and lmk what's going on with my order.

I have made a report to paypal cause that's the company this business is using to recieve payments.

When I tell you u wanna reach out and strangle the first person I contact from lovely wholesale I ordered my clothes March 8 and haven't received anything but a fake tracking number that they say belong to multiple people these people are scammers but I'm stupid they don't even have a number to call that a BIGGG RED FLAG.. This is the third order I have placed with lovely wholesale.com. A portion of the order was received. When I notified the company they reassured me that the rest of the order was on the way, and those items that were out of stock were refunded to my account.The company stood by their word and refunded my account and provided me a new tracking number for the rest of the missing items, which arrived about a week later. I am very happy with my order. The items are of good quality and fit perfectly. Just remember when ordering to recheck your size, they are not in US sizes. I usually go two sizes up for a perfect fit. I love everything I have received so far, and will be placing more orders. Thank you Lovely wholesale and Dancey for making this a carefree experience.

My package came with half the purchase I ordered. They say they will be sending the rest. I do like the clothes that I did receive . If I order from this sight again depends on if they send me the rest of my order.

I just brought 2 wigs along with a few more dresses from Lovely Wholesale!! I frequently shop here! I really the clothes and hair!! The customer service is good! The shipping is a little expensive depending on what you buy, the charge by the weight which is in the box where the measurements are!! You should always read the description before buying that way you know the material you can expect!!
