Ordered a bracelet supposively made in Montana. Site had western shirts, blankets and jewelry. All looked mid to high fashion items. I ordered a simple bracelet with what appeared to be leather, a horse charm and another charm with turquois beads. Remember, made in Montana. It arrived a month later from china! It is all plastic!! Even the three leather bands, Plastic.
They offered a full refund if I sent it back and paid postage! I wasn’t going to take that chance. They offered 25% and finely I agreed and then they ghosted me!!! SCAM!

I made the mistake of ordering from this company from an Instagram ad. They also go by Lovelyfreesia and Fashion Boutique among other names. I didn't like the items and asked how I could return them. They gave me the information and said I would have to pay return shipping, which I did. Tracking shows they received by returned items on April 20th but they have not refunded the money, nor communicated with me in any way. Obviously a scam company.

This is by far the worst company ever. I wanted to return an item within the return period for a refund and they told me I had to pay for shipping. The cost to ship the item back is more than what I paid for the item itself. These people are scammers and will not refund you your money. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Scam!!! Don't order anything from them. Ordered 3 dresses, received 2. Now can't get my money back. This is so frustrating.

I placed an order on Nov 17th, 2024 to allow time for my Christmas events. As of Jan 6th 2025, I still don't have my item. Will never order again with Lovelycoral.

A bunch of thieves!! They advertise on instagram and fool people into thinking they have stock. Someone called Chelsea keeps sending emails, lying about my order being in progress, then she'll email me saying they have just recieved my order and will send it in a day or two. I asked her for a tracking number and she was radio silent for almost a week. These people are fraudsters and have no shame. I contacted Paypal to complain and ask for a refund. They escalated my case and it was successful. I have contacted Instagram and alerted my friends. Shameful crooks

Beware! This company is a scam, and you will need to get your bank and law enforcement involved to receive a refund.

I ordered an item in October, and it is now December 22nd, and the item still has not arrived.

When I reach out to the customer service team, they say it will be there in a few days. Then they get very short, rude, and nasty when you question their integrity as a business.

This is a fraudulent company, solely in business to get your personal information for scamming purposes.

Ordered from them one time and rec'd items. Second time, only rec'd one of three items and then they lied to PayPal so I am out for two of the items and the one I rec'd was cheap. Sent them a copy of the email they sent to me showing two of the items had not been shipped. They did not respond. Get the feeling they reeled me in with the first ordered because the items were not bad. Now, I am out money for pretty much an entire order. SCAM COMPANY!

If I could give 0 I would for this company. I waited over a month for a coat I had ordered just to be sent a cheap and nasty dress. I have contacted PayPal to make a claim against this company. So please do not buy from them you do not get what you order

Purchases a dress September 7th 2024, I have never received the dress, I received a message in November saying I was going to receive my full refund because the dress was no longer available, we’re in December and I still have not received my refund. This company should be shut down. I advise you not to purchase from them.

The cloths are nice but the delivery time is awful. I ordered a pant set at the end of September and I still don't have it. If you need an item for an event order 3 months in advance to ensure you get it.

They're a scam do yourself a favor and keep your money.

Terrible company. I placed an order over 3 months ago. Never received my items they won’t respond to emails nor refund my money. Don’t do it. This is a complete scam

This is the first time ordering from this company and my last. I placed my order 8/1/2024 and I am still waiting for my order. When I track my order, it has been sitting in Fayetteville, NC since 8/9/2024 waiting for UPS. How long does it take for UPS to pick up an order? For all of that, I can drive to Fayetteville (3 hours away) and pick up my order.

Ordered three items mid June, waited for three weeks, only to receive two of the three. I wrote an email to customer service about the third item, and received a response from them that it was sold out. They gave me the option to either get a refund (not including discount or exchange rate), or to select another item of similar to equal value. They encouraged me to choose another item, and I foolishly agreed. I followed their instructions of how to select the replacement item and replied to their email, with the information of which item I wanted. I received an email at the beginning of July stating that the exchange was made. From that point, I waited almost another two months (mid to end of August)...only to follow up with them and receive a response stating my replacement item is also "sold out".

Within hours of receiving their reply, I visited the site and saw that in fact the replacement item I selected months ago, was showing up on their site as still available/in stock (in the same colour and size I initially selected). I then requested that they either send me the replacement item as promised, or refund me what I paid for the initial third item I ordered that never came. It seems they have ghosted me again.

This entire experience has been very discouraging. If you've read this far, please seek to purchase elsewhere unless you want to end up like me and countless others.

Lastly, it should be noted that the other two items I received were not as pictured, and arrived in a condition that seemed like the garments were unfinished (loose stitching, etc.) Considering the state of the two items I did received, I should have opted for a refund, and take the currency exchange loss as a win.

Had I taken the refund, I could've avoided the ghosting and constant back in forth I'm now experiencing.

Hi, l ordered 2 items on July 23, 2024. As of today August 20th l haven't received anything. This is my first purchase, and probably my last.

I am still eagerly awaiting my delivery of my coat. Placed my order since 25th June 2024. Getting a bit skeptical now. You can't give a zero star rating,in order to write a review. So you have to give it a minimum of 1. Well! I hope my order turns up. I will definitely be writing an update.I sincerely hope, I haven't been scammed.
