The apartment we rented was extremely clean, plenty of room, appliances and other amenities were well kept and up to date, tastefully decorated and the ease of checking in and out was fantastic. Add all this to being well located in the heart of London and what more can you ask for....very well done.

Goodge street IV flat was as advertised and enjoyable. Location is good for central london, restaurants, conveniences. The building itself and other presentational issues are not 'luxury' however, but perfectly acceptable for standard expectations.

Great location and well serviced ....comfortable furnishing with everything you need. Tesco extra opposite ideal for simple provisions.
Only comment would be that you need full explanation on the lightng system...not easy!!

We were let down at the last minute by another Airbnb property , so we were delighted when Timothy responded very quickly and efficiently to our request to book one of his properties. He provided a cot and high chair .
Timothy has been prompt and helpful in his dealings before and after our London trip .

Best place in london, great location , safe area , iam sure that it will not be my last time in this flat , and i would recommend you to stay here

Lovely days provided a wonderfully located, well laid out flat in Fitzrovia for my family and I over a two week stay in London. The service the team provided during our stay enhanced our stay.

Ok this apartment is a little pricey but I can personally assure you that it is amazing value for money. I have even looked at it for booking a return visit. I wish the weather had been better to use the lovely balcony. Definitely on my return to London visit list.

Timothy and his company were extremely prompt and very responsive every step of the way! We were in London for our daughter's wedding, and our trip was such a pleasure because of Lovelydays personnel! Assel went out of his way to accommodate our early arrival, and any questions about the apartment were answered immediately! Very 'lovely' company to work with, and we would highly recommend them, no reservations!!

We had a great stay at a flat in Soho. The location was amazing and the flat was exactly as we hoped it would be based on the photos and description: very modern and clean with everything we had for a wonderful trip. We were met as expected and entry and departure were very easy. When I go back to London i will certainly contact Timothy again,

My family recently stayed in London and booked a luxury townhouse for two weeks. Alex and Santiago and Lovelydays were excellent in offering anything we needed. Very customized service and such a pleasure to interact with. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

My and my family stayed in South Kensington house a while ago. The house is in a great location near to the museums. Alex was a great host. Very friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

The apartment we picked (goodge iii) was beautiful and spacious for a family of 6.
It is almost brand new and makes use of the latest technology.
However There were some aspects to the visit that did not live up to the “luxury” advertised by the agency.
1. We did not receive a personal welcome as advertised. The key was handed to us by a domestic cleaner who could not speak English
2. Only 1 key was made available to us for a total of 6 people. When we did contact the relevant person, we were told a 2nd key would be dropped or but this never occurred.
3. We received an unexpected aircon maintenance visit from the maintenance team. We were not informed at any point that someone would be coming in to the apartment.
4. No floor towels or bath mats were provided during the stay.
5. Pillows and duvet were of average/ poor quality. For a agency advertising luxury stays, this was far from luxurious.
6. No dish cloths were available in the kitchen area for wiping up or drying dishes.
Overall the apartment was lovely but lacks a few personal touches and some essentials such as bath mats etc. this could highly improve the experience for future guests.
I was not at all impressed with the service received from lovelydays. This is unfortunate as you offer such beautiful apartments. For the price you charge, I would expect much better service.

Excellent experience. Very responsive and courteous. Apartment was as expected and as advertised. Minor issues were tended to by Alex very quickly. Would definitely use again.

My stay at Goodge street apartment was exceptional.
The apartment is big and bright, the location is excellent and well connected. In the neighborhood there plenty of lovely restaurants. Assel, our host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovelydays and especially Asmae have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! We booked a beautiful Villa in Saint-Tropez with them and throughout the whole process they were helpful and responded to all our requests promptly. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!
