LovelyGirly, very disappointed in the experience

Company presents itself as a small company, associated with the Shop app, with a variety of products, including ones for dogs. I ordered from them because I was trying to find alternatives to Amazon. It cost me about 7 dollars more per product I ordered (vs Amazon). It also claimed it used FedEx or USPS for free shipping. What I got was my product but delivered by Amazon (and I doublechecked, no it didn't show up as an amazon order). And the billing indicated it was from some very big distribution company, not LovelyGirly.
So yes, I got my product, but what this really seems like is a distributor using multiple company names (that is a guess, I don't know), or a small company doing 'just in time' reselling, which would make sense given the only facts I have available (i.e. they offer the product at a higher price, take your order, then buy it from the actual seller/maker of the product. Lots of 'booksellers' were doing this on Amazon a couple years ago, including dropping the sale if they couldn't get the book.) It's not illegal, I don't think...but it feels (to me) a bit deceitful, especially as it was not shipped by FedEx or USPS as claimed.
I won't be using them again.
