Top quality service bathroom was fitted to the highest of standards.

Had our main bathroom replaced recently by love my bathroom. Good quality suite and fittings, great installation by Jerome and Stuart with attention to detail, all done quickly with little disruption or mess. I would recommend to others for an excellent value bathroom makeover.

I was initially happy with the company - with the man who came out to discuss the materials and what we would like. He was really professional and polite. It seems though, as soon as they have you in a contract and you have paid for the supplies , they send out the cowboys to do the fitting. The men were rude, they weren't happy with me pointing out that the boards on the wall weren't all lined up properly and left gaps between them - they blamed it on our walls. They didn't even use the chrome corners that were supplied. Left our garden in a complete mess with all left over materials and old bathroom.
Since having it fitted we have had to get a plumber out 3 times to check leaks. The 1st time it leaked the company were refusing to take any liability since the 2 men that fitted the bathroom were not part of their company and just contracted in, but we didn't know that until it was too late. They basically said it was nothing to do with them, even though they were the ones to set this up and recommend these supposed professionals. Eventually we got in touch with the 2 men and they came back to take a look, cut holes in our kitchen ceiling and they said they couldn't see anything wrong with it and decided it must be leaking through the silicone somewhere, they slapped on a load of silicone ontop of the stuff already there and said that should be it sorted. Then said to phone if any issues. Low and behold started leaking again - tried to get in contact through phoning them and texting with no response until they blocked our numbers.
Back to being in contact with lovemybathroom, again refusing to accept any liability, this went on for sometime until they blocked me on Facebook. So we got in touch with them through my partners page, refused to acknowledge the fact they had blocked me - said it must be qn issue my end!! Eventually they agreed that if we get a plumber out to fix it then they would reimburse. So we did and yet again they blocked us on Facebook and our calls. So we had to foot the bill.
Fast forward to now, the shower is leaking into the kitchen. The structural beam has been soaking up the water for godknows how long as the wood looked absolutely soaked and so did the wall behind the shower, and has now just started leaking into the kitchen.
So yet again we will have to foot the bill for a plumber coming out, probably to get new materials aswell since they will need to remove the panels to get into the pipe and have someone come out to inspect if the water damage has compromised the structural beams.
So do yourself a favour and spend that little bit more money to get a reputable company and near where you stay, so you can fix any issues that may arise after without all the stress and extra money it's cost us.

We have just had our bathroom done by love my bathroom. It was completed very fast most of the work was done in a day and the finishing touches only took a couple of hours the following day. The lads who fitted the bathroom were fab very friendly, worked cleanly and looked after our house. The work was carried out to a very high standard. We communicated with love my bathroom via Facebook with speedy contact via message. We had a lot of questions in regards to how work would be carried out and how we could trust the company etc as we have been done over before by builders. We decided after getting alot of quotes from other companies to bite the bullet and put our trust in love my bathroom. We are so pleased we did the price was alot lower than other companies for the fitting and the quality of the product is high. Our fitter shaun was great answering our queries and working around our family ensuring there was a loo for our young boys when needed after school. Thank you love my bathroom we will be recommending you to everyone we can. 🙂

Last week had a complete bathroom refurb in Middlesbrough. The results are outstanding! Took 2 days only from start to finish. Great communication, no mess and great result. Fitter Jerome also communicated with me on both days as I have the property tenanted. Would definitely recommend this company.

Bit of a mixed review. We got the deal on ‘love my bathroom’ and although the Facebook company itself was okay the fitting was not. The materials arrived late, and the fitters told us we needed to change the location of the bath for the shower screen which we said yes only if needed and then after completion told us we owe them extra money for that work. We were obviously shocked as they didn’t tell us this while doing the work therefore pushing the price of the bathroom to 4 grand. Also, we still have old cladding behind our sink (which looks terrible when you open the cupboard doors under the sink) and marks above the door and rubbish under our floor boards and we have to get a new door handles as the fitters broke them. It’s hard to say if I would recommend the company as the company uses contractors and it’s a lot of money to start with and then get charge extra.

A few weeks ago I left a scathing review, the boss read it & called me the next day. He apologized several times & said that that is not how their company work's. They've had some staff problem's & he had just taken over. He sent someone out to look at the shower, he agreed that it was installed incorrectly. He had a team out here by the end of the week & the totally redid everything. They repaired & replaced everything, even up graded my seat & the walls. They were total detailed professional's. Now I can say,I truly "LOVE MY SHOWER". I'm handicapped & now feel comfortable getting in the shower. Thank you for making it happen when I had given up. I can now say I recommend the 100%.

I would never use them or recommend them. I had an appointment for someone to give me an estimate. They called me twice to confirm and never showed up.

The fitters Jerome and Stuart said they like to give their customers the "Wow" factor and they certainly did that. The bathroom is gorgeous and unbelievably, they did the whole transformation in one day. The day started at 8am and the work was completed by 8 that evening with the minimum of inconvenience. To sum it up, all I can say is Wow. Ps. Get plenty of coffee in though. Thank you Love My Bathroom..!! Wholly recommend this company and these fitters to anyone.

Just had our bathroom installed through Love My Bathroom. The service from Scott was professional, informative and put us at ease. The installers, Scott and Bobby, were first class and could not rate them higher. Their work rate, cleanliness and overall approach to their work was first class.

I 💕 my new bathroom .. well it’s now become a shower room and certainly has the wow factor. Hassle and stress free from start to finish (took two days from start to finish). Thank you guys

I would give 1 star only because they look nice. But I can't use them!!
However I had to tidy up every day for 1 hour. The installers that Connor sent were cowboys..and he then takes no accountability..saying the contract is with the installer...he only supplied the goods.
He also takes all the good reports and reviews...But doesn't accept any reresponsibility!!
I am left with leaking ceilings,water dripping through..a shower I can't use and a list of installation concerns that were highlighted along the way...holes in walls!! Leaking shower doors...toilet lids that don't function correctly but its not Connors fault.

Got my bathroom all done through lovemybathroom and couldn't fault them from beginning to end came out to measure one week and was fitted at the end of the following week 2 fitters never stopped for 2 days till it was complete very tidy workers brilliant cost for the full bathroom. Would highly recomend

I had a bathroom fitted in may, the fitters (3 of them) were really good they were non stop working from the minute they got there until they left. the bathroom was finished in 2 days which was excellent, I’m really happy with the bathroom and you can’t fault the price of it, I would definitely recommend.

The fitters x 3 were brilliant and completed the job very quickly! They worked really hard and had it mainly completed in 1 day. Some minor adjustments which were sorted the next day - excellent

So, I bought my house a couple of years ago, it was definitely a fixer-upper. Previously occupied by an elderly, disabled couple but left standing empty for years and years as they were both in a home. Bathroom was a cowboy, Frankenstein, mismatch straight from a nightmare. The bath had been taken out and replaced (very badly) with a disabled walk in shower. It was shocking. Working full time, I spend little time at home, so just made do while I worked my way through the never ending list of things I needed to fix. Being in lock down, working from home and spending more time in the house has meant I’ve had to use the bathroom more, and it has been horrific. Enter Love My Bathroom. They were recommended by a friend from work, from contacting them via Facebook for a quote, to the end product, I can not fault them at all. I enquired on the Friday, sent photos of current bathroom, received quote and was talked through process. Fitter came out Sunday morning to measure. I heard from company a few days later, they sent me picture samples, I picked what I wanted, the bathroom was delivered on the Monday, Jerome (fitter) rocked up a day early (Wednesday), he and his colleague worked non-stop over two days in blistering heat to rip out current bathroom and install the new. I worked from home, they didn’t disturb me at all. Canny lads, very efficient. Could not actually believe how quick their turn around was! Bathroom is absolutely beautiful and completed to a really good standard. I’ve shared photographs with friends and family and they can’t believe it’s the same room. It’s definitely my fave room in the house now, I can’t help but going in just to look at it again.
Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone who will listen!

We recently had our en-suite bathroom replaced and the service was excellent. Everything was organised quickly and easily online. The fitters were 2 local lads who’s workmanship was first class and they both worked really hard as well as leaving the place spotless when they left. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is also excellent as was the price for the job. Would highly recommend this company.

Recently had my bathroom fitted from love my bathroom and from start to finish the service was Exellent. I had a leak in my old bathroom so was looking for a quick turnaround. From start to finish my new bathroom was ordered and fitted in just over 2 weeks. The two lads who fitted it were great lads and couldn't do enough to help. Always cleaned up after themselves and made an outstanding job. I couldn't reccomend them highly enough and the price was amazing for the quality of work.
