I placed the order three times, paid with three cards issued by three banks and each time an email followed about the third party payment gateway evaluating the payment as suspicious. This was followed by a documented bank statement of the payment transaction and then cancellation of the order, but charging the money to the account! I am currently waiting to see if Lovense will refund the $474 they owe me. This is the worst eshop I have come across. They are either scammers or complete amateurs.

Really terrible experience overall. Bought a solace pro less than 6 months ago which has now completely failed as if the motor is burnt out.

I’ve been in and out of hospital with cancer so it’s hard to follow up on these issues.

Most egregiously Lovense managed to not deliver one of the items I ordered, I emailed multiple times with no response. (Order: 250814814887)

So far Lovense have managed to steal £300-400 from me through faulty products and the missing item.

I like the genuine ideas to continuously generate new ideas to seek issues that needs to be addressed and for performing actions to have it settled. The Fizz fits perfectly and the suction levels and tapping levels are just right! Came instantly in almost 3 minutes.

I have tried multiple toys and they have all failed, either covering becomes loose making toy extremely loud if it still vibrates, have multiple that no longer vibrate with less than a year of use.

I had high hopes for the Gravity, especially as my first thrusting toy. The reviews promised it was “whisper quiet” with strong vibrations — unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. It’s far from quiet, making it unsuitable for use when others are around. I intended to use it handheld, but the thrusting mechanism seems to work in reverse — all the movement happens behind the concertina section, where I’m holding it, rather than at the tip. When I touch the area in front, it doesn't move at all. It's only thrusting backward, which is baffling. As a vibrator, it’s underwhelming. The ridges and vibrations are so mild they barely register. The delivery was good and the packaging discreet. The Gravity itself looks great, and it's lovely to touch. But that doesn't make up for the rest. I managed to get it at 50% off, but even then, I regret the purchase. It’s a lot of money for a toy that doesn’t deliver and will likely sit in my drawer.

Gravity does its job as long as you want with no ending. it is soft in touch but hard in trusting into you. i love it.

I work for several models in programming computers for their show. The Lovense company makes decent toys but unfortunately to get them to run perfectly for a model's show/broadcast is extremely inconsistent. I'd advise models "caution" when investing a lot of money into these toys because they simply lose connection and/or are never in-sync while receiving tokens. It's a true embarrassment to the Lovense company. 3+ years with constant changes in working with Chrome Browsers, Their own browser, OBS, and Chaturbate... constant hiccups and issues. Boggles my mind why they simply can't get it right.

So with my first time with this toy, it’s a lot more than what I expected a lot bigger than what I expected, but it’s so much worth it

I bought a Lovense Webcam 2, I had some audio issues but Lovense came back a few weeks later with an update for the camera. I didn't expect this. It was wow. Now everything works perfectly and I'm even happier.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and quickly contacted support who very kindly adjusted my order in time before shipment of the original. Consequently, my order arrived still on time but correctly adjusted so very pleased with this outcome.
The toys themselves are 1st class. Behave exactly as advertised and open up new avenues of social exploration. Highly recommend any purchase as takes your fancy! You simply can't go wrong!
